<lb ed="#Be" n="14"/>in largitione eleemosynarum attenditur
<lb ed="#Be" n="15"/>ordo, secundum quod ipsa informata est
<lb ed="#Be" n="16"/>charitate : charitatis enim ordo circa
<lb ed="#Be" n="17"/>omnia ponitur, quae informata sunt
cha<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="18"/>ritate : et de hoc plura dicta sunt super
<lb ed="#Be" n="19"/>tertium Sententiarum, in tractatu de
<lb ed="#Be" n="20"/>charitate 2.

<lb ed="#Be" n="21"/>Ad primum autem dicendum, quod non
<lb ed="#Be" n="22"/>habemus preceptum de eleemosyna
cor<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="23"/>porali, quia in corporali miseria satis
<lb ed="#Be" n="24"/>compatimur nobis: sed de spirituali :
<lb ed="#Be" n="25"/>et hoc intelligitur in pracepto de danda
<lb ed="#Be" n="26"/>eleemosyna proximo : sicut etiam
pre<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="27"/>ceptum de diligendo seipsum intelligitur
<lb ed="#Be" n="28"/>in precepto dilectionis proximi, sicut
<lb ed="#Be" n="29"/>dicit Augustinus.

<lb ed="#Be" n="30"/>Ad aliud et tertium dicendum, quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="31"/>miseria proximior est in nobis quam in
<lb ed="#Be" n="32"/>alio, si sentitur ut miseria : et hoc modo
<lb ed="#Be" n="33"/>non est nisi de miseria corporali.
Spiri<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="34"/>tualis autem miseria, quae verius miseria
<lb ed="#Be" n="35"/>est, quam corporalis, non sentitur ut
<lb ed="#Be" n="36"/>miseria, sed ut bonum nune propter
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="37"/>cati dulcedinem : et ideo spiritualis
ele<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="38"/>emosyna quae supplet defectum peccati
<lb ed="#Be" n="39"/>precipue, indiget ampliori admonitione,
<lb ed="#Be" n="40"/>quam exterior.
