vide<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="24"/>tur cum dicit, qui justus et Justitia est.

ju<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="26"/>stitia ? sufficeret enim dicere, sustus.

hu<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="28"/>mane repugnat recipere emendam, cum

<lb ed="#Be" n="30"/>sed si non amplius offendit, tunc potest
<lb ed="#Be" n="31"/>per partes satisfacere. Similiter autem
<lb ed="#Be" n="32"/>est in justitia divina : qui enim de uno
<lb ed="#Be" n="33"/>satisfacit, et in voluntate alterius
perdu<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="34"/>rat, ita culpam muttiplicat : et ideo de
<lb ed="#Be" n="35"/>nullo emenda suscipitur.

<lb ed="#Be" n="40"/>parent, Dominus autem intuetur cor</quote> :
<lb ed="#Be" n="41"/>et ideo nisi cor habeat, non recipit
satis<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="42"/>factionem : homo autem respicit ad
ope<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="43"/>ra exteriora, quae divisa sunt, et ideo de
<lb ed="#Be" n="44"/>eis divisam recipit satisfactionem.

<lb ed="#Be" n="45"/>Ad ARGUMENTUM autem dicendum, quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="46"/>licet humana justitia exemplata sit a
di<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="47"/>vina, nihilominus tamen aliquid accidit
<lb ed="#Be" n="48"/>ei in quantum est humana, quod non
<lb ed="#Be" n="49"/>convenit divine : et hoc est quantum
<lb ed="#Be" n="50"/>ad exteriorem hominem, et non ad
inte<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="51"/>riorem.

misericor<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="53"/>diae est relaxare peccata gratis : sed
re<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="54"/>mittere cum postulatione emende, justi~
<lb ed="#Be" n="55"/>tiae est : et de tali venia loquitur hic.

ju<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="57"/>stum et justitiam ratione simplicis
es<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="58"/>sentia, et effectus in nobis : quia scilicet
<lb ed="#Be" n="59"/>facit in nobis justitiam generalem, qua
<lb ed="#Be" n="60"/>delet peccata cum emendationis
propo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="61"/>sito : sicut dicit Aristoteles, quod
dici<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="62"/>tur sapientia et justitia in quantum nos
<lb ed="#Be" n="63"/>replet sapientia et justitia.
