<lb ed="#Be" n="14"/>de hoc multe auctoritates inducuntur in
<lb ed="#Be" n="15"/>Littera. Ergo videtur, quod ista tria nec
<lb ed="#Be" n="16"/>sunt partes integrales, nec essentiales,

vir<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="43"/>tus contritionis est in ipsa, et satisfactio
<lb ed="#Be" n="44"/>in voto : et cum satisfactio est in actu
<lb ed="#Be" n="45"/>vis confessionis est in ea secundum quod

<lb ed="#Be" n="46"/>est injuncta pro peccatis, et vis contritio..
<lb ed="#Be" n="47"/>nis quoad dolorem et peccati detestatig.

<lb ed="#Be" n="72"/>et exteriorem secundum quod etiam

<lb ed="#Be" n="74"/>satisfactionem, sicut erubescentia, et

<lb ed="#Be" n="76"/>est satisfactio quaedam : quia, sicut
di<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="77"/>ximus, in poenitentia est quodammodo

<lb ed="#Be" n="82"/>conteritur, habet in voto confessionem
<lb ed="#Be" n="83"/>et satisfactionem.

<lb ed="#Be" n="84"/>Ad aliud dicendum, quod ille partes
<lb ed="#Be" n="85"/>possunt considerari in habitu, vel in
ac<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="86"/>tu: vel voto, et exsecutione. Si primo
<lb ed="#Be" n="87"/>modo : tunc poenitentiae est magis
essen<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="88"/>tialis contritio, quam aliz. Si autem
se<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="89"/>cundo modo : tune omnes sunt
substan<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="90"/>tiales, sed ordinate, ut dictum fuit prius,
<lb ed="#Be" n="91"/>ubi assignatur qualiter una est in alia.
