<lb ed="#Be" n="19"/>oris, et de peccato solius operis.

ex<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="21"/>pulsionem actualis peccati secundum

<lb ed="#Be" n="23"/>culpa et poena sunt in solo peccato

<lb ed="#Be" n="47"/>ei partes poenitentiae : non enim dicimus,

<lb ed="#Be" n="50"/>sed potius ore exteriori oportet fieri

<lb ed="#Be" n="55"/>istam assignationem non debet esse nisi
<lb ed="#Be" n="56"/>una pars poenitentia, scilicet contritio :
<lb ed="#Be" n="57"/>quia in omni morbo sufficit occurrere
<lb ed="#Be" n="58"/>cause : amputata enim causa,
precidi<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="59"/>tur morbus : sed motivum in homine est
<lb ed="#Be" n="60"/>cor, os autem et manus mota tantum. Si
<lb ed="#Be" n="61"/>igitur motivum erit bene se habens, ea
<lb ed="#Be" n="62"/>que moventur, necessario bene se

<lb ed="#Be" n="8"/>delectatio peccati. Preeter autem haec duo
<lb ed="#Be" n="9"/>est ipse peccati actus, qui est interius vel
<lb ed="#Be" n="10"/>exterius. Et ita quidam dicere volebant,
<lb ed="#Be" n="11"/>quod ad omne peccatum tres pcenitentice
<lb ed="#Be" n="12"/>partes exiguntur. Sed ego judico hoc
<lb ed="#Be" n="13"/>non esse secundum intentionem hujus
<lb ed="#Be" n="14"/>Littere. Unde dico, quod partes
poeni<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="15"/>tentiae dupliciter respondent peccato,
sci<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="16"/>licet ut medicina tantum, et sic omnes
