<lb ed="#Be" n="62"/>necessariis ad salutem, quod homo
tene<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="63"/>tur homini sacerdoti confiteri : ergo non
<lb ed="#Be" n="64"/>sufficit illa confessio quae fit soli Deo:
<lb ed="#Be" n="65"/>cujus contrarium videtur dicere Litiera.

<lb ed="#Be" n="67"/>adsit facultas confitendi sacerdoti, non
<lb ed="#Be" n="68"/>sufficit confessio facta soli Deo: et hoc
<lb ed="#Be" n="69"/>quod dicitur in Littera, intelligitur de
<lb ed="#Be" n="70"/>remissione peccati quantum ad culpam
<lb ed="#Be" n="71"/>et poenam aeternam : quae remissio
pre<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="72"/>cedit actum confessionis, sed non votum.

<lb ed="#Be" n="73"/>Ad 1p autem quod primo objicitur,
di<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="74"/>cendum quod adhuc non erant vere
cla<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="75"/>ves, nec sacerdotes : et ideo tune.
Domi<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="76"/>nus egit per se solum, quod modo facit
<lb ed="#Be" n="77"/>per se et vicarium : et simul cum illo
<lb ed="#Be" n="78"/>docuit Adam, qualiter ipse peccatum in
<lb ed="#Be" n="79"/>confessione accusando recognoscere
debe<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="80"/>ret, et qualiter hoc ipsum alios facere

consur<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="83"/>git duplex tribulatio, eo quod in peccato

<lb ed="#Be" n="85"/>proximum vicarium Dei habet etiam
<lb ed="#Be" n="86"/>peccator reconciliari : et iterum ideo,
