<lb ed="#Be" n="30"/>quod justitia dicitur quod decet Dei

justi<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="33"/>tia. Prout autem dicitur, quod justitia
<lb ed="#Be" n="34"/>est redditio pro meritis, sic non est ibi
<lb ed="#Be" n="35"/>opus justitiea, si accipiantur merita in
<lb ed="#Be" n="36"/>actu: merita autem in futuro, vel in
<lb ed="#Be" n="37"/>scientia non possunt esse causa gratie
<lb ed="#Be" n="38"/>precedentis: et ideo nullo modo est ibi
<lb ed="#Be" n="39"/>Justitia, nisi prout justitia est decentia

bono<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="55"/>rum, quae in quibusdam aliis
peccatori<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="56"/>bus non sunt: et ideo tantum digni sunt
<lb ed="#Be" n="57"/>reprobatione, id est, reprobationis
effe<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="58"/>ctu, qui est obduratio in peccato. Etcum
<lb ed="#Be" n="59"/>dicitur, quod digni sunt justificatione,
<lb ed="#Be" n="60"/>sensus est, quod magis congruenter vel
<lb ed="#Be" n="61"/>minus incongruenter se habeant ad

<lb ed="#Be" n="63"/>antiqui Doctores ad illam auctoritatem,
<lb ed="#Be" n="64"/>quod esset Ambrosii adoperti, et falso
<lb ed="#Be" n="65"/>libris beati Ambrosii inscripta.

<lb ed="#Be" n="67"/>in exemplo justitiam Dei habet pro
<lb ed="#Be" n="68"/>exemplari: sed aliud est causa
exempla<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="69"/>ris, et aliud est causa inclinans
efficien<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="70"/>tem ad actum. Et causa quidem
exem<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="71"/>plaris justitia est: sed causa inclinans
<lb ed="#Be" n="72"/>auctorem ad hoc quod justificet impium,
<lb ed="#Be" n="73"/>misericordia divina est.
