<lb ed="#Be" n="54"/>haec duo, scilicet sanatio, et renovatio, a

con<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="68"/>siderantur, scilicet turpitudo absoluta,
se<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="69"/>cundum quod est privatio justitiae, ubi
<lb ed="#Be" n="70"/>justitia debet esse, secundum quod etiam
<lb ed="#Be" n="71"/>dicitur injustitia vel iniquitas vel impie-.
<lb ed="#Be" n="72"/>tas: et secundum id quod relinquitur in
<lb ed="#Be" n="73"/>subjecto per effectum, vel potius
defe<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="74"/>ctum, quia effectus suus est defectus.
Pri<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="75"/>mo autem modo oppouitur ei justificatio,
<lb ed="#Be" n="76"/>que de impio facit pium, et de injusto
<lb ed="#Be" n="77"/>justum. Secundo autem modo -
conside<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="78"/>ratur dupliciter, scilicet secundum
sim<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="79"/>plicem relationem ad causam omnis

<lb ed="#Be" n="82"/>naturalis. Et primo quidem facit animam

Secun<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="85"/>do autem modo est infirmitas modi et
<lb ed="#Be" n="86"/>commensurationis et harmoniae in
habi<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="87"/>tibus naturalibus anime : et opposita est
