<lb ed="#Be" n="23"/>speciale divisum ab aliis, vel aliis

<lb ed="#Be" n="26"/>diffinitionem supra inductam, quae dicit:

<lb ed="#Be" n="44"/>ad actus diversorum peccatorum in

commu<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="46"/>nis, et non proprii actus secundum
spe<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="47"/>ciem : sed scandalum dicit hujusmodi
<lb ed="#Be" n="48"/>corruptionem : ergo est corruptio
cir<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="49"/>cumstantiae communis, et non proprii
<lb ed="#Be" n="50"/>actus alicujus secundum speciem. Prima
<lb ed="#Be" n="51"/>patet per hoc quod differentiae specifice
<lb ed="#Be" n="52"/>ultime et completive, non sunt
ordina<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="53"/>biles ad diversa peccata. Szecunpa
proba<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="54"/>tur per hoc quod corruptio scandali
inve<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="55"/>nitur in omni peccato publico. Inde sic :

<lb ed="#Be" n="64"/>secundam diffinitionem : Per omne
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="65"/>catum publicum datur occasio ruendi
<lb ed="#Be" n="66"/>recte ambulanti : ergo scandalum
con<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="67"/>junctum est omni peccato publico.

<lb ed="#Be" n="69"/>1. Speciale peccatum est a speciali
<lb ed="#Be" n="70"/>voluntate mala, et speciali nocumento,
<lb ed="#Be" n="71"/>et fine : sed specialis voluntas mala est
<lb ed="#Be" n="72"/>que vult ruere alium, et speciale
nocu<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="73"/>mentum quod est ruina alterius, et
in<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="74"/>tentum speciale, quia scandalizans
inten<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="75"/>dit alterius casum. Cum igitur ista sint in
<lb ed="#Be" n="76"/>scandalo, videtur quod scandalum sit
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="77"/>catum speciale.

<lb ed="#Be" n="84"/>quandoque dicitur peccatum conjunctum,
<lb ed="#Be" n="85"/>quandoque separatum. Conjunctum est,
<lb ed="#Be" n="86"/>quando non habet voluntatem et inten-

<lb ed="#Be" n="2"/>peccato, sed tantum habet nocumentum
<lb ed="#Be" n="3"/>separatum. Verbi gratia peccat aliquis
<lb ed="#Be" n="4"/>publice, et non intendit nocere alii, nec
<lb ed="#Be" n="5"/>vult : et tamen nocet, quia trahit eum ad
<lb ed="#Be" n="6"/>ruinam malo suo exemplo, et tunc
con<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="7"/>jungitur alii peccato, et non est speciale
<lb ed="#Be" n="8"/>peccatum secundum se : et hoc modo
lo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="9"/>quuntur Sancti de scandalo, . quia raro
<lb ed="#Be" n="10"/>aliter committitur scandalum. Alio modo
<lb ed="#Be" n="11"/>dicitur scandalum, quando aliquis
specia<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="12"/>liter intendit et vult ruinam prestare per .
<lb ed="#Be" n="13"/>dictum vel factum suum : et tunc in una
<lb ed="#Be" n="14"/>actione habet duas intentiones : unam
<lb ed="#Be" n="15"/>quasi instrumentalem ad aliam, quia

instru<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="17"/>mento ad aliud peccatum, quod est

Madiani<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="20"/>te scandalizaverunt filios Israel '.
