sacerdo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="22"/>tum nequeant obtinere, etc. </quote>

indulgen<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="24"/>tia non percipiatur in contritione : quia

<lb ed="#Be" n="26"/>contritione, sed potius in confessione,
<lb ed="#Be" n="27"/>quod falsum est.

<lb ed="#Be" n="29"/>ad totius culpe dimissionem, non in
<lb ed="#Be" n="30"/>culpa tantum, sed etiam in poena debita.
<lb ed="#Be" n="31"/>Contra : Constat, quod contritio aliquid
<lb ed="#Be" n="32"/>delet de poena : poena autem debita finita
<lb ed="#Be" n="33"/>est, ex quo dimissa est culpa : et
contri<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="34"/>tionis dolor est aliquantus qui delet
pe<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="35"/>nae aliquotam, et sit decima : ergo si

<lb ed="#Be" n="64"/>quod forma absolutionis debet fieri

supplicatio<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="70"/>nem : ergo per supplicationem debet

<lb ed="#Be" n="5"/>fit peccati dimissio sine supplicatione
<lb ed="#Be" n="6"/>hoc modo existente : sed bene potest
<lb ed="#Be" n="7"/>esse, quod dimittatur quandoque, ita
<lb ed="#Be" n="8"/>quod actu supplicatio non accedit, ubi
<lb ed="#Be" n="9"/>scilicet articulus necessitatis, non

<lb ed="#Be" n="15"/>indicativam enuntiationem : sed quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="16"/>precedit deprecatio, de bene esse est

<lb ed="#Be" n="32"/>invocanda est super conversionem

<lb ed="#Be" n="34"/>effectum sacramenti non est umquam
<lb ed="#Be" n="35"/>gratia Dei invocanda: quia hoc esset
si<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="36"/>gnum dubietatis totius fundamenti
Ec<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="37"/>clesia : potest tamen invocari gratia ad
<lb ed="#Be" n="38"/>preparationem recipientis sacramenta,
<lb ed="#Be" n="39"/>et ad sanctificationem materia
sacra<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="40"/>mentorum. Sed quod ipsum
sacramen<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="41"/>tum in debita materia et debita- forma
<lb ed="#Be" n="42"/>celebratum, habeat effectum plenum
<lb ed="#Be" n="43"/>quantum est de se, ab omni debet pro
<lb ed="#Be" n="44"/>constanti relinqui Christiano : nec aliquo
<lb ed="#Be" n="45"/>mode Deus orandus est pro hoc, ne sub
<lb ed="#Be" n="46"/>dubio fidem nostram ponere videamur.
