dicen<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="46"/>dum quod veniale dicitur tribus modis,
<lb ed="#Be" n="47"/>sicut in secundo Sententiarum libro
no<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="48"/>tavimus *, scilicet ex genere, ut otiosum
<lb ed="#Be" n="49"/>verbum : ex eventu, sicut quando
mor<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="50"/>tali remisso per contritionem, etiam per
<lb ed="#Be" n="51"/>claves injungitur poenitentia dans
ve<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="52"/>niam in toto per satisfactionem. Tertio
<lb ed="#Be" n="53"/>dicitur ventale quodlibet in se mortale :
<lb ed="#Be" n="54"/>sitamen habet aliquid _in circumstantia,
<lb ed="#Be" n="55"/>quare potest excusari per veniam. Et hoc
<lb ed="#Be" n="56"/>opponitur peccato ad mortem, quod est
<lb ed="#Be" n="57"/>in Spiritum sanctum. Est enim hoc
mo<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="58"/>do veniale peccatum, peccatum ex
igno<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="59"/>rantia vel infirmitate procedens, quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="60"/>dicitur in Patrem vel in Filium.

<lb ed="#Be" n="61"/>AD ARGUMENTUM autem dicendum, quod
<lb ed="#Be" n="62"/>veniale et mortale non sunt diverse
spe<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="63"/>cies peccati : et hujus probationem
que<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="64"/>re super finem secundi libri
Sententia<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="65"/>rum.

<lb ed="#Be" n="67"/>tune dicendum, quod mortale non
muta<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="68"/>tur in veniale, prout veniale dicitur alia
<lb ed="#Be" n="69"/>species peccati, dividens peccatum cum
<lb ed="#Be" n="70"/>mortali: sed deletur mortale, et nullum
<lb ed="#Be" n="71"/>veniale succedit : sed quia reatus non
to<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="72"/>tus deletur, imo manet debitum pcoene
<lb ed="#Be" n="73"/>temporalis, ideo dicitur mutari in
ve<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="74"/>niale : et hoc est ex eventu veniale. Et
<lb ed="#Be" n="75"/>est simile sicut si aliquis gratia judicis
<lb ed="#Be" n="76"/>vel senatus absolvitur a judicio mortis,
