<lb ed="#Be" n="55"/>descendentem haberi possunt. Dicendum

<lb ed="#Be" n="57"/>habens ordines, habet claves, secundum
<lb ed="#Be" n="58"/>quod potestas sumitur ex ordine: sed
<lb ed="#Be" n="59"/>non habet ex jurisdictione, et ideo
exse<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="60"/>qui nihil omnino potest: et si de facto
<lb ed="#Be" n="61"/>quidem absolvit, nihil facit omnino: et
<lb ed="#Be" n="62"/>tamen insuper mortaliter peccaverunt
<lb ed="#Be" n="63"/>et absolvens, et absolutus, siscienter ad
<lb ed="#Be" n="64"/>talem accessit : et hoc modo intelligitur

<lb ed="#Be" n="81"/>actum bene habet clavis in omni habente
<lb ed="#Be" n="82"/>ordinem: hic autem actus est. perficere

<lb ed="#Be" n="84"/>sicut actus lucis lucere, et actus essentia
