<lb ed="#Be" n="46"/>Dominus, tam in Mattheo, xvi, 19,
<lb ed="#Be" n="47"/>qnam in Joanne, xx, 23,. utitur verbo
<lb ed="#Be" n="48"/>subjunctivi modi : et hoc significat rem
<lb ed="#Be" n="49"/>verbi jam perfectam, quia aliter illi actui
<lb ed="#Be" n="50"/>alius non conjungeretur et subjungeretur.
<lb ed="#Be" n="51"/>Unde sensus est : Quodcumque
solveri<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="52"/>tis, id est, cujus solutionem a me

solu<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="6"/>tio meo judicio nulla est omnino : sed
<lb ed="#Be" n="7"/>intelligitur, quod Deus eum solutum
re<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="8"/>putat pro quanto eum absolvit sacerdos,
<lb ed="#Be" n="9"/>hoc est, parlem pene relaxando: illam
<lb ed="#Be" n="10"/>enim numquam ab ipso exigit Deus : et
<lb ed="#Be" n="11"/>quecumque ligat, ligamine manente,
<lb ed="#Be" n="12"/>numquam absolvit.

<lb ed="#Be" n="14"/>est instantia: quia non nisi secundum
<lb ed="#Be" n="15"/>quid absolvit eum Deus, scilicet a parte
<lb ed="#Be" n="16"/>peene, et non a tota : et ideo aliam
sol<lb break="no" ed="#Be" n="17"/>vit in purgatorio.

<lb ed="#Be" n="19"/>dicendum quod illum Spiritus sanctus

<lb ed="#Be" n="22"/>autem quod Dominus dicit, intelligitur
<lb ed="#Be" n="23"/>de participantibus rem et sacramentum :
