<lb ed="#Bf" n="5"/>materia, et quid pro forma ?

<lb ed="#Bf" n="21"/>sunt materia sacramenti hujus: tunc

<lb ed="#Bf" n="29"/>est illa quae sunt enumerata, et ab

<lb ed="#Bf" n="32"/>propter excellentiam sanctificatur
mate<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="33"/>ria, quia in baptismo non sanctificatur :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="34"/>sed propter actum quem conferunt ista
<lb ed="#Bf" n="35"/>sacramenta, ut patuit cum de his
agere<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="36"/>tur. Unde sacramentum hoc habet pro
<lb ed="#Bf" n="37"/>materia in quo ostenditur per
similitudi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="38"/>nem ejus actus et effectus: horam autem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="39"/>ordinum actus ostenduntur in
instrumen<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="40"/>tis quae porriguntur eis ab Episcopo.

exigi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="42"/>tur nisi porrectio, et tactus est de bene
<lb ed="#Bf" n="43"/>esse: quia sicut dictum est, in hoc
sacra<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="44"/>mento est forma signiticans traductionem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="45"/>potestatis : et haec significatur
porre<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="46"/>ctione tota, non expresse dissentiente eo
<lb ed="#Bf" n="47"/>cui porrigitur: intelligitur enim
acce<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="48"/>pisse, quando non dissentire se ostendit
<lb ed="#Bf" n="49"/>quando ad accipiendum est presentatus.
<lb ed="#Bf" n="50"/>Alii vero aliter dicunt : sed non est
