<lb ed="#Bf" n="51"/>relationem equiparantiae : quia vir et

pater<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="59"/>nitas est relatio : sed quia significatur ut

<lb ed="#Bf" n="61"/>extra : ita matrimonium dicitar
abstra<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="62"/>ctum : et ideo dicitur matrimonium

<lb ed="#Bf" n="75"/>conjunguntur cum dicitur matrimonium
<lb ed="#Bf" n="76"/>vineulum, sicut cum dicitur curvus

habi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="78"/>tudine forme ad suum actum, secunda
<lb ed="#Bf" n="79"/>autem in habitudine ad suum subjectum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="80"/>et formam ; et ideo non est simile. Cum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="81"/>enim dicitur vinculum matrimonii,
simi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="82"/>le est ac si diceretur, relatio paternitatis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="83"/>est qua pater refertur ad filium.
