<lb ed="#Bf" n="41"/>ct penitudo in actu: sed errorem non
<lb ed="#Bf" n="42"/>concomitatur omnis ignorantia
particula<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="43"/>rium in quibus est actus : ergo videtur,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="44"/>quod ignorantia magis sit ponenda

diffini<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="52"/>tio erroris est bona : error enim non est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="53"/>ignorantia vel nescientia : quia nescientia
<lb ed="#Bf" n="54"/>est privatio scientiae cujuscumque rei
<lb ed="#Bf" n="55"/>speculativie, et ideo non est peccatum :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="56"/>sed ignorantia est nescientia
operando<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="57"/>rum quae debent sciri, et ideo peccatum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="58"/>est : sed error non tollit totam scientiam,

<lb ed="#Bf" n="77"/>error juris, et error in minori est sicut
<lb ed="#Bf" n="78"/>error facti, sicut error Nicolai, Apocal.
