nup<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="43"/>tias : et hoc non erat faciendum, quia

daba<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="55"/>tur propter quamlibet feeditatem : si
<lb ed="#Bf" n="56"/>enim aliqua fuit feeditas quam videre vel
<lb ed="#Bf" n="57"/>scire potuit, quando cum ea contraxit
<lb ed="#Bf" n="58"/>matrimonium, videtur mihi, quod
prop<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="59"/>ter illam non potuit eam dimittere, sed
<lb ed="#Bf" n="60"/>propter fidem matrimonii tenebatur cam
<lb ed="#Bf" n="61"/>sustinere. Similiter si fuit aliqua feeditas
<lb ed="#Bf" n="62"/>corporalis, bonum prolis non diminuens,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="63"/>nec auferens, videtur mihi, quod nec per
<lb ed="#Bf" n="64"/>illam potuit uxor dimitti.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="66"/>fieret majus malum : dicendum, quod hos

<lb ed="#Bf" n="68"/>erat odii qua movere posset. Causa
