matrimo<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="22"/>nium in quantum consistit in dispositione
<lb ed="#Bf" n="23"/>ministrorum Ecclesie : aut secundum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="24"/>quod accipitur in se. Si secundum auod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>ust in dispositione ministrorum Ecclesia,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="26"/>qui sunt loco Dei in terris, tunc sunt contra
<lb ed="#Bf" n="27"/>matrimonium ea quae sunt ex
institutio<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="28"/>ne Ecclesia. Aut igitur illa institutio est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="29"/>de sponsalibus, aut de nuptiis. Si primo
<lb ed="#Bf" n="30"/>modo, tunc est publice honestatisjustitia.
<lb ed="#Bf" n="31"/>Siautem est de ipsis nuptiis, aut hoc est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="32"/>propter reverentiam sacramenti
excel<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="33"/>lentioris cui non competit actus
matrimo<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="34"/>ni, aut est propter habitudinem
persona<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="35"/>rum in matrimonio conjunctarum. Si
<lb ed="#Bf" n="36"/>primo modo, tunc est ordo. Si autem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="37"/>propler ipsas personas: aut est in ipsa
<lb ed="#Bf" n="38"/>persona secundum comparationem ad eos
<lb ed="#Bf" n="39"/>a quibus propagatur, cum quibus est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="40"/>quasi una caro, quia ab uno cum els
