<lb ed="#Bf" n="4"/>solvat hoc ultimum, tamen puto, quod

impedi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="6"/>mento criminis, quod prevenit
matrimo<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="7"/>nium : et tunc planum est, quod si
forni<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="8"/>carie cognovit unam sororem, aliam non
<lb ed="#Bf" n="9"/>potest ducere in matrimonium. Vel si
<lb ed="#Bf" n="10"/>loquitur de sequenti crimine : tunc
intel<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="11"/>ligendum est, quod loquitur secundum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="12"/>rigorem juris, scilicet quod non debet :

inconti<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="14"/>nentia, etiam mortua vel viva uxore, das
<lb ed="#Bf" n="15"/>tur ei licentia in sua petendi debitum : et

<lb ed="#Bf" n="20"/>amisit potestatem petendi, sed ille : et sic
<lb ed="#Bf" n="21"/>loquitur decretum : unde sibi illicita est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="22"/>ad petendum, sed non solvendum : et
<lb ed="#Bf" n="23"/>non debet jure petere. Puto tamen, quod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="24"/>licentia debet sibi dari ab Ecclesia, si illa
<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>non petat separationem a thoro : quia
