de<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="33"/>hitum amittit in corpore uxoris, quod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="34"/>de jure matrimonii acquisierat. Et

<lb ed="#Bf" n="40"/>Testamento hoc non fuit ut jus, sed

<lb ed="#Bf" n="42"/>polius quam in judicio anima, sicut ante
<lb ed="#Bf" n="43"/>dictum est in questione de libello
repu<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="44"/>dii: et ideo nihil est ad propositum.
