<lb ed="#Bf" n="11"/>teneatur viro eam revocanti reconciliari

<lb ed="#Bf" n="15"/>1. Vir in ea nullum jus amisit: sed
<lb ed="#Bf" n="16"/>ipse jus in corpore uxoris habuit: ergo
<lb ed="#Bf" n="17"/>illa ei reddere tenetur: ergo et
reconci<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="18"/>hari; sed vir eam revocavit. Prosarur
<lb ed="#Bf" n="19"/>autem prima ex hoc quod nullum jus
<lb ed="#Bf" n="20"/>amittitur, nisi per peccatum: et vir non
<lb ed="#Bf" n="21"/>peccavit, et sic constat propositum.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>cesset ab effectu actionis, ipsa tenetur
<lb ed="#Bf" n="26"/>redire : ergo si revocataa viro fuerit,

<lb ed="#Bf" n="42"/>ipsa: quod autem persententiam juris fit,

<lb ed="#Bf" n="43"/>juste fit: ergo separatio est justa: sed
<lb ed="#Bf" n="44"/>quilibet potest uti eo quod per
senten<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="45"/>tiam juste adeptus est: ergo ipsa potest
<lb ed="#Bf" n="46"/>licite manere separata, etiamsi ille eam
<lb ed="#Bf" n="47"/>revocet.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="49"/>de malo corporis : quia, Proverb. vi. 34,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="50"/>de tali viro cujus uxor est fornieata,
dici<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="51"/>tur: Quia zelus et furor virt non parcet,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="52"/>etc. : quilibet autem potest sibi cavere :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="53"/>ergo et ista potest manere separata,
etiam<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="54"/>si revocata fuerit.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="55"/>Respronsio. Dicendum secundum legem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="56"/>quod dicit : Quod favore meo inductum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="57"/>est,in damnum meum retorqueri non
<lb ed="#Bf" n="58"/>debet. Unde vir potest eam petere etiam
<lb ed="#Bf" n="59"/>invitam, sicut probant prime
objectio<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="60"/>nes.

obji<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="62"/>citur, dicendum quod si illa sententia

tene<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="64"/>ret objectio: sed non est ita: sed potius
<lb ed="#Bf" n="65"/>inducitur in favorem illius qui servat
