<lb ed="#Bf" n="76"/>1. Dicit Ambrosius, quod peenitentia
<lb ed="#Bf" n="77"/>est res optima et perfecta, qua omnes

<lb ed="#Bf" n="28"/>debet inducere virum, ut voluntarie

cogi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="30"/>tur si noluerit: monendus est tamen ut
<lb ed="#Bf" n="31"/>cesset, et durus est si induci non polerit,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="32"/>quia sibi debet suflicere, quod Deo
sufli<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="33"/>cit.

peeni<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="35"/>tentia revocat defectus quoad
immunila<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="36"/>tem culpe, sed non quoad immunitatem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="37"/>indignitatis et cujuscumque peene.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="38"/>Preeterca, Poenitentia valet in foro Dei
<lb ed="#Bf" n="39"/>sive confessionis : sed non in foro judici
<lb ed="#Bf" n="40"/>sive contentionis, quia hoc judex videre
<lb ed="#Bf" n="41"/>non potest, sed solus Deus.
