<lb ed="#Bf" n="16"/>quod hujusmodi, nihil penitus sua

superiori<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="18"/>bus suis conlirmantibus vota corum, vel

quan<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="20"/>do possunt, vim accipiunt habere vota
<lb ed="#Bf" n="21"/>talium personarum. Hujus autem hec
<lb ed="#Bf" n="22"/>est causa, quia votum est sponsio

prajudi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="30"/>cium juris hominis : et ideo vult Deus
<lb ed="#Bf" n="31"/>ut reddat homini suum, et in hoc

<lb ed="#Bf" n="34"/>est, quando sunt contraria obsequia

<lb ed="#Bf" n="37"/>retrahitur aliquis ab obsequio quod

<lb ed="#Bf" n="45"/>carnali careat pro spirituali, nisi libere
<lb ed="#Bf" n="46"/>hoc velit : et ideo potest eum retrahere

<lb ed="#Bf" n="51"/>licitum : unde dummodo licite utatur,

<lb ed="#Bf" n="60"/>potest : quia prejudicium communitati

<lb ed="#Bf" n="63"/>pararet, et induceretur abusus seorsum
