authen<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="33"/>lice in qua deponitur, susceptio habitus,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="34"/>et regule certe professio : ista divisa

com<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="53"/>muniter dicitur, nihil facit votum
solem<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="54"/>ne, nisi ipsa professio ad certam regulam,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="55"/>in qua approbatus ab Ecclesia continetur
<lb ed="#Bf" n="56"/>modus vivendi. Et hujus causa est, quia
<lb ed="#Bf" n="57"/>sola illa facit impossibilem regressum ad
<lb ed="#Bf" n="58"/>vitam secularem. ,

so<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="60"/>lemnitas quae ab Ecclesia est approbata
<lb ed="#Bf" n="61"/>et faciens votum fortius, est sola
profes<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="62"/>sio. Alia autem non faciunt
solemnita<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="63"/>tem, nisi solemnitas equivoce accipiatur,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="64"/>scilicet ad festivitatem coram hominibus.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="65"/>Ad aliud dicendum, quod est publicatio
<lb ed="#Bf" n="66"/>et probatio duplex. Quaedam enim est ex
<lb ed="#Bf" n="67"/>substantialibus voto, et confirmantibus
ip<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="68"/>sum sive perficientibus : quaedam autem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="69"/>ex accidentalibus. Et primo modo non
<lb ed="#Bf" n="70"/>probatur nisi solemne : quia illud
pro<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="71"/>batur ex professione confirmante et
per<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="72"/>ficiente ipsum. Secundo aulem modo
<lb ed="#Bf" n="73"/>probatur per accidentalia, id est, quia in
<lb ed="#Bf" n="74"/>notitiam aliquorum processit, quae tamen
<lb ed="#Bf" n="75"/>notitia non facit ipsum votum majoris
<lb ed="#Bf" n="76"/>confirmationis et perfectionis.

si<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="78"/>mile de sacramentis, et voto: quia
sa<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="79"/>cramenta habent virtutem a divina
ope<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="80"/>ratione quae fit in ipsis, sicut sapius
su<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="81"/>pra probatum est : et ideo facta hominum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="82"/>solemnia sunt accidentalia sacramentis.
<lb ed="#Bf" n="83"/>Sed votum trahit robur ab auctoritate
<lb ed="#Bf" n="84"/>hominis : et ideo solemnitas addita quae
<lb ed="#Bf" n="85"/>dicit modum express@ voluntatis
