<lb ed="#Bf" n="23"/>parochos constitui possunt : ergo multo

<lb ed="#Bf" n="54"/>quod dispensatio fieri potest, ita quod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="55"/>votum commutetur et non frangatur, ut
<lb ed="#Bf" n="56"/>dictum est : et bene concedo, quod
ubi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="57"/>cumque sit homo, si utilis est ad
re<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="58"/>gimen, quod assumi debet et obedire
<lb ed="#Bf" n="59"/>tenetur : quia bonum commune melius

<lb ed="#Bf" n="62"/>ad statum comparato : sed quando
addi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="63"/>tur boni communitas in altero statu,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="64"/>efficitur ille status melioris boni, quam
<lb ed="#Bf" n="65"/>sit alter qui est boni singularis
