gra<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="24"/>dus in genere non sonat inferioritatem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>vel superioritatem, sed abstrahit ab
utro<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="26"/>que, et ita diffinitur hic: et per hoc
pa<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="27"/>tet, quod est gradus inferior et gradus
<lb ed="#Bf" n="28"/>superior: et haec divisio est in species
<lb ed="#Bf" n="29"/>gradus: et ideo gradus in genere ut
abs<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="30"/>trahens ab utroque, est ante utrumque:

<lb ed="#Bf" n="33"/>modum distantiae personarum.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="35"/>quantum gradus, cognoscitur habitudo
<lb ed="#Bf" n="36"/>in genere, sed habitudo in specie
cogno<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="37"/>scitur ex gradu in specie determinato :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="38"/>et quia cognitio in genere est cognitio
<lb ed="#Bf" n="39"/>imperfecta, ideo non statur in illa, sed
<lb ed="#Bf" n="40"/>queritur de specie: tamen quando
diffi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="41"/>nitur gradus in genere, non debet
diffi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="42"/>niri nisi per cognitionem quam facit in

consangui<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="52"/>nitas, vel non, illud queritur, et

queri<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="54"/>tur, hoc non est nisi in quantum est
