<lb ed="#Bf" n="16"/>ut dicit Philosophus: ergo ubi non est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="17"/>mutatio, per locum a causa, ibi non est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="18"/>relatio: sed in tota aflinitate preterque
<lb ed="#Bf" n="19"/>in viro nulla est mutatio: ergo nulla est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="20"/>affinitas nisi in illo, si est afflinitas: sed

<lb ed="#Bf" n="24"/>est, et quid sit, patebitin sequenti articulo
<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>quaestionis.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="27"/>unitas absoluta, et unitas relationis. De
<lb ed="#Bf" n="28"/>unitate absoluta verum est quod
objici<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="29"/>tur, sed de unitate relationis falsum,
si<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="30"/>cut patebit in exemplis: quia ego et
so<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="31"/>ror mea sumus divisi ab uno: et ideo
fi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="32"/>lius sororis mee adhuc respectu sanguinis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="33"/>ad me tenebit : et idem est de affinitate.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="42"/>non habet causam per se, sed innascitur
<lb ed="#Bf" n="43"/>per accidens, sicut etiam filiatio
innasci<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="44"/>tur genito ex hoc quod ille est generans et
<lb ed="#Bf" n="45"/>alter est genitus. Et est instantia : quia
<lb ed="#Bf" n="46"/>dealbans est causa dealbationis, et
simi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="47"/>litudo sibi non innascitur necessario, sed
<lb ed="#Bf" n="48"/>potius ad alia alba.
