<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>conyenienter diffinita est: propinquitas
<lb ed="#Bf" n="26"/>enim est genus et personarum subjectum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="27"/>proprium. Causa autem est carnalis
co<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="28"/>pula. Et differentia distinguens a
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="29"/>sanguinitate, intelligitur per hoc quod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="30"/>additur, Omni carens parentela: ili
<lb ed="#Bf" n="31"/>enim privationi preintelligitur

<lb ed="#Bf" n="38"/>unio carnis facit cam in aliis, quod faciat
<lb ed="#Bf" n="39"/>cam in carnaliter unitis, ut prius patuit,

<lb ed="#Bf" n="49"/>quod duo sunt in concubitu fornicario,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="50"/>scilicet unio carnis ad carnem: et illa
<lb ed="#Bf" n="51"/>non est turpis, quia est similis illi quae
<lb ed="#Bf" n="52"/>est in matrimonio. Aliud est actus
per<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="53"/>versus et finis malus: et illa non sunt in
<lb ed="#Bf" n="54"/>matrimonio. Dicendum igitur, quod ex
<lb ed="#Bf" n="55"/>primo fornicarius concubitus facit
affini<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="56"/>tatem, et non ex secundo: unde turpe
<lb ed="#Bf" n="57"/>in quantum turpe, potest esse causa
ho<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="58"/>nesti, precipue causa per accidens, sicul

<lb ed="#Bf" n="67"/>quando non utitur instrumento debito
