de<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="53"/>bet : sed vice capitis sunt Episcopi :

exerci<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="61"/>tium sacramenti conceditur sacerdoti
pro<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="62"/>pter periculum infirmorum: sepe enim
<lb ed="#Bf" n="63"/>hoc contingit in sacramentis divinis. Et
<lb ed="#Bf" n="64"/>hoc ideo fit, quia Ecclesia secundum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="65"/>consilium Dei instructa, omnibus modis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="66"/>infirmis consulit in utilitate
sacramento<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="67"/>rum: et ideo tales vult habere
mini<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="68"/>stros, quales de facili possunt haberi ab

<lb ed="#Bf" n="2"/>aliquam, et uti ea ad finem illius forme.
<lb ed="#Bf" n="3"/>Prima enim duo sunt unius habitus,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="4"/>qui est ars una, secundum quod Aristo-~
<lb ed="#Bf" n="5"/>teles dicit, quod ars est habitus cum
ra<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="6"/>tione vera factivus : sicut patet in
fabri<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="7"/>li, quae calcfacit ferrum, et polit ipsum,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="8"/>et inducit figuram ensis, una ars
exi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="9"/>stens. Sed secunda duo numquam sunt
<lb ed="#Bf" n="10"/>unius habitus qui sit ars, sed potius

<lb ed="#Bf" n="18"/>ad utilitatem Keclesia oleo sanctificato
<lb ed="#Bf" n="19"/>ungens inflirmos : quis autem sit
princi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="20"/>palior, patebit in solulione sequentis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="21"/>questionis.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="23"/>non est sicut in politicis : quia divina
<lb ed="#Bf" n="24"/>descendunt a virtute una, sed politica
<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>descendunt a multis virtulibus et
ordi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="26"/>natis : et ideo in politicis principalior
<lb ed="#Bf" n="27"/>estars, quae bono quod est finis politica,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="28"/>est propinquior : sed in divinis illa est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="29"/>dignior, a qua plus descendunt divina :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="30"/>ct ideo cum sanclitas materi secundum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="31"/>originem descendat a gradu altiori, sicut
<lb ed="#Bf" n="32"/>et debet, dignioris est conferre
sanctita<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="33"/>tem materia, quam exhibere usum in
<lb ed="#Bf" n="34"/>sacramento. Quod autem hoc sit in
divi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="35"/>nis, palet : quia illa per derivationem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="36"/>sunt ab uno: et ideo quod anterius est,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="37"/>est illi et vicinius et dignius, per totum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="38"/>contrarium ordinem quam sil in
politi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="39"/>cis: et ideo cum sanctificare oleum sit
<lb ed="#Bf" n="40"/>anterius, hoc erit superioris : et exhibere
<lb ed="#Bf" n="41"/>sacramenti usum, erit inferioris et
