<lb ed="#Bf" n="23"/>sit practica, vel speculativa ?

<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>1. Est cum affectu gratiarum actionis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="26"/>et gaudii, ut dicitur in Lidtera : sed talis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="27"/>scientia quae est cum affectu, est
practi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="28"/>ca et motiva, ut dicit Philosophus : ergo

consi<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="31"/>derativa differentiaram et passionum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="32"/>ejus de quo ipsa est : sed Sancti ita non
<lb ed="#Bf" n="33"/>considerant circa peccata, ut disputent
<lb ed="#Bf" n="34"/>de passionibus eorum et differentiis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="35"/>ergo scientiam speculativam non habent
<lb ed="#Bf" n="36"/>de peccatis.

ali<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="38"/>quo, non est de particulari, sed de
uni<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="39"/>versali abstrahente ab omni particulari :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="40"/>sed Sanctorum scientia non est de
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="41"/>cato in universali, sed in particulari,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="42"/>quia est de suo peccato : peccatum au-

<lb ed="#Bf" n="43"/>tem in universali non est suum, nec
<lb ed="#Bf" n="44"/>tuum, nec meum: ergo videtur, quod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="45"/>Sancti non habebunt de peccatis

<lb ed="#Bf" n="48"/>1. Scientia practica movet secundum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="49"/>speciem apprehensam ad imitationem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="50"/>vel fugam, ut dicit Philosophus : Sancti
<lb ed="#Bf" n="51"/>ex peccati specie apprehensa non sic
mo<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="52"/>ventur : ergo non habebunt de ipso
pec<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="53"/>cato scientiam practicam.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="55"/>est, quae speciem artis explicat in
mate<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="56"/>ria: ergo etiam in moribus ubi praxis
<lb ed="#Bf" n="57"/>est, species apprehensa explicatur in
<lb ed="#Bf" n="58"/>opere ; sed sic non apprehendunt Sancti
<lb ed="#Bf" n="59"/>peccatum : ergo non habent de ipso
<lb ed="#Bf" n="60"/>scientiam practicam.

pecca<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="62"/>to potest duplex scientia haberi : uno
<lb ed="#Bf" n="63"/>modo de ipso peccato secundum se, et
<lb ed="#Bf" n="64"/>alio modo de eventu sequenti peeccatum.
<lb ed="#Bf" n="65"/>Ft primo quidem modo Sancti non
ha<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="66"/>bebunt cognitionem de peccato nisi
spe<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="67"/>culativam, quae simplicis notitiae
scien<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="68"/>tia vocatur. Sed de eventu sequenti, qui
<lb ed="#Bf" n="69"/>est cura et venia et sanatio et liberatio
<lb ed="#Bf" n="70"/>per misericordiam Dei, habebunt Sancti
<lb ed="#Bf" n="71"/>cognitionem practicam et aflirmativam :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="72"/>et hoc innuit in Letfera, quando dicit,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="73"/>quod <quote xml:id="alalal-j09616-Qd1e249"> sani meminimus dolorum sine
<lb ed="#Bf" n="74"/>dolore: et inde amplius leti et grati
<lb ed="#Bf" n="75"/>sumus.</quote>

<lb ed="#Bf" n="77"/>partem objectionum fere: quia ad
pri<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="78"/>mum dicendum, quod scientia peccati
<lb ed="#Bf" n="79"/>non habet affectum gaudii secundum se,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="80"/>sed per eventum sequentem.
