<lb ed="#Bf" n="41"/>dicentem, quod <quote xml:id="alalal-j14280-Qd1e230"> veritas est indivisio
<lb ed="#Bf" n="42"/>actus a potentia : </quote> sed haec veritas
hu<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="43"/>mane nature non est post mortem,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="44"/>quia tunc actus divisus est a potentia :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="45"/>sed veritas humane natura semper
ma<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="46"/>net, et in resurrectione apparebit : ergo
<lb ed="#Bf" n="47"/>veritati humane nature dicta diffinitio

<lb ed="#Bf" n="50"/>humane nature dicitur dupliciter,
scili<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="51"/>cet abstracte, et concrete. Adbstracte
se<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="52"/>cundum. hoc est indivisio potentia et
<lb ed="#Bf" n="53"/>actus: quia haec facit rem habere veram
<lb ed="#Bf" n="54"/>naturam secundum actum, id est,
se<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="55"/>cundum complementum sue forme,
sic<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="56"/>ut veritas lapidis est a quo est verum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="57"/>esse lapidis, et veritas hominis a quo est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="58"/>verum esse hominis. Conerete autem
ac<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="59"/>cipiendo, tunc veritas humanae nature est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="60"/>vera hominis natura : et hec est quae
<lb ed="#Bf" n="61"/>completa est forma naturali hominis,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="62"/>que est anima rationalis, completione
<lb ed="#Bf" n="63"/>substantiali, non accidentali, sicut est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="64"/>aliquid in natura hominis per
augmen<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="65"/>tum accidentale, et aliquid decidit a
na<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="66"/>tura hominis per violentiam et
detri<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="67"/>mentum accidentale, ut infra patebit : et
<lb ed="#Bf" n="68"/>quod quidem inheret per accidentale
<lb ed="#Bf" n="69"/>augmentum, non est de veritate humane
<lb ed="#Bf" n="70"/>nature. Quod autem habet per
violen<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="71"/>tiam vel detrimentum materie, virtute
<lb ed="#Bf" n="72"/>et natura adest, licct desit per accidens :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="73"/>et ideo est de veritate humane nature
<lb ed="#Bf" n="74"/>polestate et virtute, ut dicit Augustinus :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="75"/>et hoc modo quaeritur hic de veritate
<lb ed="#Bf" n="76"/>humane nature: et hoc est verum
se<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="77"/>cundum quod opponitur permixto cum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="78"/>natura aliena, sicut dicimus verum

<lb ed="#Bf" n="81"/>per Hilarium in libro V de Trinitate, ubi

<lb ed="#Bf" n="83"/>ex natura et ex virtute esse, ut exempli
<lb ed="#Bf" n="84"/>causa dictum sit: Verum triticum est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="85"/>quod spica structum, et aristis vallatum,

<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>corpore, non tamen est corporea, sed
<lb ed="#Bf" n="26"/>potius spiritualis et formalis : et ideo
so<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="27"/>la mente pereeptibilis, et non sensu vel
<lb ed="#Bf" n="28"/>imaginatione : quia diclio exclusiva
po<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="29"/>sila in diffinitione veritatis, excludit
per<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="30"/>ceplioncm sensus cl imaginationis.

en<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="32"/>titas sola illa est in qua ut substantiali
<lb ed="#Bf" n="33"/>forma radicatur entilas secundum actum
<lb ed="#Bf" n="34"/>et veritalem : alia autem sunt
accidenta<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="35"/>lia influentia et effluentia.

hu<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="37"/>mane nature non est post mortem, nisi
<lb ed="#Bf" n="38"/>sicut ipsa natura humana, seiliect in
po<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="39"/>tentia et ideo illud argumentum nihil
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="40"/>conveniens concludit.
