<lb ed="#Bf" n="9"/>cjusdem : sed damnati sententiam suae
<lb ed="#Bf" n="10"/>damnationis acceperunt : ergo ultra
il<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="11"/>lam non extenditur culpa : ergo nec

di<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="14"/>cit Augustinus) ordinatur per divinam
<lb ed="#Bf" n="15"/>justitiam, quia aliter aliquid
inordina<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="16"/>tum remaneret in hoc mundo : sed quod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="17"/>ordinatur, necesse est ut statum et finem
<lb ed="#Bf" n="18"/>habeat ultra quem non progrediatur :
<lb ed="#Bf" n="19"/>ergo et peccatum damnatorum necesse
<lb ed="#Bf" n="20"/>est, quod accipiat linem : sed finis ille
<lb ed="#Bf" n="21"/>congrucntius imponi non potest quam in
<lb ed="#Bf" n="22"/>morte, quando incipit ordo justitia
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="23"/>demnantis : ergo non ultra peccant in
<lb ed="#Bf" n="24"/>inferno.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="25"/>Responsio. Dicendum, quod mali
ho<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="26"/>mines vel anime non peccant in inferno,
<lb ed="#Bf" n="27"/>sicut ullime probant objectiones.
</p>

<lb ed="#Bf" n="28"/>Ad erimum dicendum, quod
inordina<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="29"/>tus actus quandoque est ut poena,
quan<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="30"/>doque ut culpa. In libera enim voluntate
<lb ed="#Bf" n="31"/>est ut culpa : in obstinata autem ex
con<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="32"/>demnatione justitiae est ut poona, et sic
<lb ed="#Bf" n="33"/>est in damnatis.

<lb ed="#Bf" n="35"/>dicitur dupliciter, scilicet immobilis
vo<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="36"/>luntas a malo concepto ex pertinacia
so<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="37"/>lius malitia, et immobilis voluntas a
<lb ed="#Bf" n="38"/>malo concepto ex confirmante justitia.
<lb ed="#Bf" n="39"/>Et primo modo non excusat, sed
accu<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="40"/>sat. Sed secundo modo, quia ita est quod
<lb ed="#Bf" n="41"/>ordinavit justitia divina, quod quidquid
<lb ed="#Bf" n="42"/>finaliter vult libera voluntas, quod ab
<lb ed="#Bf" n="43"/>illo averti non possit mortem : et ideo

intelli<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="63"/>gitur de illis peccatis quorum unum
in<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="64"/>ducit in aliud, sicut ebrietas in
fornica<lb break="no" ed="#Bf" n="65"/>tionem vel homicidium. Sed hic non est
<lb ed="#Bf" n="66"/>sic : quia voluntatis immobilitas causatur
