<lb ed="#L" n="24"/>in generali & speciali.

<lb ed="#L" n="25"/>HOC ETIAM inuestigandum est. Superius de
<lb ed="#L" n="26"/>terminauit magister distinctionem angelorum
<lb ed="#L" n="27"/>quantum ad ordines. Hic vero determinat de
<lb ed="#L" n="28"/>eis quantum ad officia digniora quae sunt
assi<lb ed="#L" n="29" break="no"/>gui stere, & ministrare. Secundo quantum ad officia
<lb ed="#L" n="30"/>inferiora sicut est custodire. Secunda incipit in principio 2. dist.
<lb ed="#L" n="31"/>illud quoque sciendum est. Prima diuiditur in tres. Primo mouet
<lb ed="#L" n="32"/>quaestionem suam & tangit circa eam vnam opinionem.
Secun<lb ed="#L" n="33" break="no"/>do tangit aliam. Tertio tertiam. Secunda ibi, quibus obiicitur
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>Tertia ibi, alij vero dicunt. Secunda istarum diuiditur in tres,

<lb ed="#L" n="37"/>contrariam. Secunda ibi, hic oritur quaestio. Tertia ibi, quae

mittun<lb ed="#L" n="47" break="no"/>tur, ergo debent dici angeli. Et respondet quod angeli proprie
di<lb ed="#L" n="48" break="no"/>cuntur qui ex officio & saepius mittuntur. Alij vero rarius mit
<lb ed="#L" n="49"/>tuntur qui cum mittuntur angelorum nomen suscipiunt,
secun<lb ed="#L" n="50" break="no"/>dum illud qui facis angelos tuos, &c. Ad hoc incidenter ad
hu<lb ed="#L" n="51" break="no"/>ius confirmationem determinat de nominibus quorundam
<lb ed="#L" n="52"/>spirituum. Et dicit quod secundum istos Michael, Gabriel,
Ra<lb ed="#L" n="53" break="no"/>phael, de superiori ordine sunt, vnde sunt nomina spirituum
<lb ed="#L" n="54"/>quorum nominum interpretationem tangit. Alij tamen dicum
<lb ed="#L" n="55"/>quod nomina sunt propria officiorum, vnde quia Raphael
in<lb ed="#L" n="56" break="no"/>terpretatur medicina Dei quilibet qui ad medendum
mitti<lb ed="#L" n="57" break="no"/>tur potest dici Raphael, & similiter in aliis. Subdit etiam huius
<lb ed="#L" n="58"/>simile in daemonibus in quibus quaedam nomina sunt non vn
<lb ed="#L" n="59"/>tantum, sed pluribus conuenientia, vt nomen diabolus, nomen
<lb ed="#L" n="60"/>Belial, quorum nominum interpretationem tangit in litera
<lb ed="#L" n="61"/>Postea secundum istam opinionem soluit auctoritates contra
<lb ed="#L" n="62"/>rias dicens quod superiores dicuntur assistere, quia raro
mit<lb ed="#L" n="63" break="no"/>tuntur: & tamen licet mittuntur non propter hoc recedundi
<lb ed="#L" n="64"/>ab ipsa diuina essentia, sed eius contemplationi semper
assi<lb ed="#L" n="65" break="no"/>stunt, quod etiam faciunt qui saepe mittuntur. Et postea
tan<lb ed="#L" n="66" break="no"/>git aliam opinionem dicentium tres ordines supremos
sem<lb ed="#L" n="67" break="no"/>per assistere & nunquam mitti ad exteriora. Inseriores
tan<lb ed="#L" n="68" break="no"/>tum mitti, medios vero ordines dicunt & assistere, & mitti,
<lb ed="#L" n="69"/>prout tamen mitti accipitur inquantum superiores medios
il<lb ed="#L" n="70" break="no"/>luminant, & medij inferiores illuminant sic, quia superiore
<lb ed="#L" n="71"/>mediis nunciant, & medij infimis: ideo superiores dicuntur
<lb ed="#L" n="72"/>angeli. De illo autem qui fuit missus ad Esa. dicit quod iste non
<lb ed="#L" n="73"/>fuit proprie Seraphin, sed quia ad incendium peccati Esaia
<lb ed="#L" n="74"/>veniebat, Seraphin nomen accepit. Et in hoc ter. &c.
