determna<lb ed="#L" n="14" break="no"/>uit magister conditionem naturae creaturae

<lb ed="#L" n="16"/>peccatum. Et diuiditur in tres. Primo
deter<lb ed="#L" n="17" break="no"/>minat de peccato primorum parentum.
Secun<lb ed="#L" n="18" break="no"/>do determinat de peccato quod ab eis contrahimus. Tertio ibi

<lb ed="#L" n="48"/>neque in qualibet alia specie, ne nimis eius fraus occulta
ca<lb ed="#L" n="49" break="no"/>ueri non posset, sed permissus est apparere in tali specie qua
<lb ed="#L" n="50"/>scilicet posset de facili malitia eius deprehendi, scilicet in
spe<lb ed="#L" n="51" break="no"/>cie serpentis, congruebat autem species tentationi propte
<lb ed="#L" n="52"/>astutiam per quam serpentem tanquam instrumentum
diabo<lb ed="#L" n="53" break="no"/>lus loquutus est, venit serpens neque verba intelligebat, sed a
<lb ed="#L" n="54"/>diabolo mouebatur (sicut asina Balaam a bono angelo) quem
<lb ed="#L" n="55"/>loquentem mulier videns credidit loquendi officium ipsum a
<lb ed="#L" n="56"/>Deo recepisse. Postea dicit quod tentatio hoc modo facta est
<lb ed="#L" n="57"/>quia scilicet tentator verba sub interrogatione proponit, vi
<lb ed="#L" n="58"/>scilicet responsione disceret qualiter sibi procedendum foret
<lb ed="#L" n="59"/>vnde cum statim mulier dubitando dicit ne forte &c.
Respon<lb ed="#L" n="60" break="no"/>dit ipse mendaciter excludendo, nequaquam moriemini, &
<lb ed="#L" n="61"/>ad maiorem mulieris deceptionem praemium promisit
promit<lb ed="#L" n="62" break="no"/>tendo ea quae naturaliter appeteret (scilicet vitam, &
per<lb ed="#L" n="63" break="no"/>fectionem scientiae) scientes bonum & malum, in qua
ten<lb ed="#L" n="64" break="no"/>tatione triplici genere peccati tentauit scilicet de gula quo
<lb ed="#L" n="65"/>ad cibum, de vana gloria quo ad promissionem diuinitatis,
<lb ed="#L" n="66"/>de auaritia, quo ad promissionem scientiae. Postea dicit duas
<lb ed="#L" n="67"/>tentationis species esse, vnam exteriorem, illam interiorem.
<lb ed="#L" n="68"/>Exterior vero est quando extrinsecus & visibiliter nobis
ma<lb ed="#L" n="69" break="no"/>lum suggeritur. Interior vero quae inuisibiliter perficitur al
<lb ed="#L" n="70"/>aduersario. Et haec est duplex ab hoste & sine peccato, alia a
<lb ed="#L" n="71"/>carne quae non fit sine peccato; quam carnis tentationem
di<lb ed="#L" n="72" break="no"/>cit esse difficiliorem. Postea ex hoc dicit quod homo corruit
<lb ed="#L" n="73"/>grauiter quia exterius tantum tentatus succubuit tentanti,
<lb ed="#L" n="74"/>quia tamen tentatione cecidit, ideo reparatorem habuit, nor
<lb ed="#L" n="75"/>sic autem daemon, quia neque per alium cecidit, neque in ec
<lb ed="#L" n="76"/>tota natura corrupta fuit. Vitimo quia posset dubitari quand
<lb ed="#L" n="77"/>mulier diuinum praeceptum receperat, dicit quod per virum
<lb ed="#L" n="78"/>peruenerat ad mulierem. Et si quaeratur vlterius quomodo lo
<lb ed="#L" n="79"/>quebatur mulier quae non didicerat dicit, quod a Deo loquer
<lb ed="#L" n="80"/>di officium acceperat. Et in hoc terminatur &c.
