<lb ed="#L" n="115"/>vtrum liberum arbitrium sit solum respectu
eo<lb ed="#L" n="116" break="no"/>rum quae sunt ad finem. Et videtur quod non,
<lb ed="#L" n="117"/>i quia electio importat praeacceptionem vnius

<lb ed="#L" n="136"/>Ethicorum.) Sed finis non potest esse conclusio in syllogismon
<lb ed="#L" n="137"/>practico, seu in consilio vel deliberatione, sed solum habet
ra<lb ed="#L" n="138" break="no"/>tionem principij (vt patet ex secundo physicorum) ea autem qui
<lb ed="#L" n="139"/>sunt ad finem habent rationem conclusionis, ergo &c. Est tamer
<lb ed="#L" n="140"/>considerandum quod sicut in speculatiuis nihil prohibet illud
<lb ed="#L" n="141"/>quod est vnius demonstrationis principium esse conclusionum
<lb ed="#L" n="142"/>alterius (Primum tamen principium simpliciter non potest esse
<lb ed="#L" n="143"/>conclusio alterius demonstrationis.) Sic illud quod est in vna
<lb ed="#L" n="144"/>operatione, vt finis nihil prohibet ordinari ad aliud, tanquam ad
<lb ed="#L" n="145"/>finem: & sic cadere potest sub electione, sicut in operatione
me<lb ed="#L" n="146" break="no"/>dici sanitas est vt finis, propter quod non cadit sub electione
me<lb ed="#L" n="147" break="no"/>dici, sed supponitur vt principium. Sed quia sanitas corporis
vlte<lb ed="#L" n="148" break="no"/>rius ordinatur ad bonu animae, sicut & corpus est propter
ani<lb ed="#L" n="149" break="no"/>mam: ideo apud eum qui considerat de salute animae, sanitas vel
<lb ed="#L" n="150"/>infirmitas corporalis potest cadere sub electione.

perduci<lb ed="#L" n="154" break="no"/>tur ipse ad finem, siue si ei impossibile simpliciter, sicut homo
