qui<lb ed="#L" n="32" break="no"/>bus est iudicium de propria operatione vtrum sit bona an
ma<lb ed="#L" n="33" break="no"/>la, expediens ad finem, an impediens a fine, sed tale iudicium
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>solum est in habentibus intellectum, ergo &c. Maior patet quia
<lb ed="#L" n="35"/>ficut ostensum est in praecedente quaestione electio quae est
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>actus liberi arbitrij solum est de actibus nostris vt ordinantur
<lb ed="#L" n="37"/>in finem propter quod cum electio voluntatis sequatur

Philo<lb ed="#L" n="48" break="no"/>sophus accipit large voluntatem pro omni eo quod fit sponte
<lb ed="#L" n="49"/>& non per coactionem ab habente cognitionem, non autem
<lb ed="#L" n="50"/>proprie prout dicit motum voluntatis sequentis
deliberatio<lb ed="#L" n="51" break="no"/>nem qui proprie est actus lib. ar.
