<lb ed="#L" n="49"/>NVNC superest inuestigandum. Superius
deter<lb ed="#L" n="50" break="no"/>minauit magister de quidditate originalis
pec<lb ed="#L" n="51" break="no"/>cati. Hic determinat de eius traductione. Et
di<lb ed="#L" n="52" break="no"/>uiditur in tres. Primo determinat suum
inten<lb ed="#L" n="53" break="no"/>tum. Secundo ex determinatione concludit
pro<lb ed="#L" n="54" break="no"/>batum. Tertio excludit quandam dubitationem contrariam.
Se<lb ed="#L" n="55" break="no"/>cunda ibi, iam ostensum est. Tertia ibi, sed adhuc opponitur.
Pri<lb ed="#L" n="56" break="no"/>ma diuiditur in tres. Primo mouet quaestionem, & eam
deter<lb ed="#L" n="57" break="no"/>minat excludendo opinionem erroneam, & declarando
verita<lb ed="#L" n="58" break="no"/>tem. Secundo mouet quandam aliam dubitationem circa
prae<lb ed="#L" n="59" break="no"/>dicta & confirmat. Tertio ostendit quo modo aliqui purgati a
<lb ed="#L" n="60"/>foeditate originalis culpae peccatum transmittere possunt.

ani<lb ed="#L" n="65" break="no"/>mam, an secundum carnem: & dixerunt quidam quod
secun<lb ed="#L" n="66" break="no"/>dum animam, quia animam praesumunt ex traduce. Hoc autem
<lb ed="#L" n="67"/>non est ponendum, sed magis per carnis traductionem
origi<lb ed="#L" n="68" break="no"/>nale peccatum inducitur. Caro enim viciosa concupiscentia
<lb ed="#L" n="69"/>concepta virtute in se maculam peccati habet, & ideo ex vnione
<lb ed="#L" n="70"/>animae ad ipsam contrahitur peccatum originale. Et ideo
dici<lb ed="#L" n="71" break="no"/>tur peccatu manere in carne virtualiter. Postea quaerit, vtrum
<lb ed="#L" n="72"/>ista infectio carnis sit culpa an poena: non enim videtur esse
<lb ed="#L" n="73"/>culpa, cum culpa non sit in subiecto irrationali, nec poena, quia
<lb ed="#L" n="74"/>inter poenalitates non connumeratur. Et respondet magister q
<lb ed="#L" n="75"/>est quaedam fomes. Postea dicit, quod sicut ex circuncisis, secundum
<lb ed="#L" n="76"/>August. nascitur puor cum praeputio, & ex grano nudo granum
<lb ed="#L" n="77"/>cum palea, ita ex carue per baptismum mundata, nascitur
ca<lb ed="#L" n="78" break="no"/>ro cum infectione originali. Postea dicit quod ideo nominatur
<lb ed="#L" n="79"/>originale, quia ex viciosa & libidinosa origine contrahitur. Et
<lb ed="#L" n="80"/>quia Christus talem originem non habuit, illud peccatum non

<lb ed="#L" n="84"/>habet anima maculari. Et in hoc terminatur, &c.
