<lb ed="#L" n="30"/>generali & speciali.

<lb ed="#L" n="31"/>VONTAM supra dictum est. Superius determ
<lb ed="#L" n="32"/>nauit Magister de peccati quidditate &
tradu<lb ed="#L" n="33" break="no"/>ctione. Hic vero determinat de eius remissione
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>Et diuiditur in duas. Primo determinat suum
in<lb ed="#L" n="35" break="no"/>tentum. Secundo mouet quandam incidenten
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>quaestionem. Secunda ibi, illud quoque non incongrue quaeri
<lb ed="#L" n="37"/>solet. Prima diuiditur in duas. Primo determinat suum inten
<lb ed="#L" n="38"/>tum. Secundo quaerit quaestiones circa causas & modum commu
<lb ed="#L" n="39"/>nis peccati originalis. Secunda ibi, praeterea quaeri solet vtrum
<lb ed="#L" n="40"/>concupiscentia. Prima diuiditur in duas. Primo determinat
re<lb ed="#L" n="41" break="no"/>missionem peccati originalis, quantum ad animam. Secundo
<lb ed="#L" n="42"/>quantum ad carnem. Secunda ibi, solet autem quaeri. Sequitur
<lb ed="#L" n="43"/>illa pars circa quam mouet quaestiones circa causalitates
pec<lb ed="#L" n="44" break="no"/>cati originalis. Et diuiditur in quinque partes secundum quinque
<lb ed="#L" n="45"/>quaestiones quas mouet & soluit, primo quaerit vnde causetur
<lb ed="#L" n="46"/>concupiscentia peccati originalis. Secundo vnde peccatum
ta<lb ed="#L" n="47" break="no"/>le animae imputetur. Tertio vtrum tale peccatum sit
volun<lb ed="#L" n="48" break="no"/>tarium. Quarto de aequalitate diuinae iustitiae animam
infun<lb ed="#L" n="49" break="no"/>dentis. Quinto de qualitate animae infusae. Secunda ibi, sole
<lb ed="#L" n="50"/>etiam quaeri. Tertia ibi, illud etiam non immerito. Quarta ibi,
<lb ed="#L" n="51"/>si vero quaeritur. Quinta ibi, aliquis quaeri solet: & haec est

<lb ed="#L" n="55"/>baptismum concupiscentia maneat. Hoc ideo dicitur quod per
<lb ed="#L" n="56"/>baptismum concupiscentia minuitur, & regnare prohibetur, &
<lb ed="#L" n="57"/>reatus tollitur. sicut enim actualia transeunt actu, & remaneni
<lb ed="#L" n="58"/>reatu, ita econtrario concupiscentia in baptismo manet actu, &
<lb ed="#L" n="59"/>transit reatu. Postea quaerit, vtrum caro in baptismo a
foedita<lb ed="#L" n="60" break="no"/>te purgetur. Et respondet secundum quosdam quod sic, cum ad ani
<lb ed="#L" n="61"/>mae & carnis purgationem ordinetur aqua baptismi secundum
<lb ed="#L" n="62"/>alios vero foeditas carnis non purgatur, sed solum animae, im
<lb ed="#L" n="63"/>secundum multitudinem generationis multiplicatur foeditas, ita
<lb ed="#L" n="64"/>quod ex maiore carnis foeditate magis originale contrahitur.
<lb ed="#L" n="65"/>Primi tamen hoc non concedunt. Postea quaerit vtrum
origi<lb ed="#L" n="66" break="no"/>nalis concupiscentiae Deus sit causa. Et respondet quod sic,
inquan<lb ed="#L" n="67" break="no"/>tum est poena: inquantum tamen est culpa, non. Postea quaerit,
<lb ed="#L" n="68"/>quare peccatum imputatur animae, cuius contradictionem
vita<lb ed="#L" n="69" break="no"/>re non potest. Respondet quod hoc non est, quia delectatur ipsi
<lb ed="#L" n="70"/>carni vt quidam dixerunt: sed ex peccato primi parentis cuius ani
<lb ed="#L" n="71"/>ma peccatrix carnem corruptibilem fecit. Postea quaerit, vtrum
<lb ed="#L" n="72"/>peccatum originale sit voluntarium, an necessarium: & respor
<lb ed="#L" n="73"/>det quod est necessarium, quia vitari non potest, & etiam volun
<lb ed="#L" n="74"/>tarium, quia a voluntate primi hominis processit, & contractum
<lb ed="#L" n="75"/>est. Postea quaerit quare Deus animam carni infudit. Et
respon<lb ed="#L" n="76" break="no"/>det quod hoc est vt saluetur institutio humanae propagationis
<lb ed="#L" n="77"/>Postea quaerit, vtrum cum anima infunditur sit talis qualis a
<lb ed="#L" n="78"/>Deo creatur. Et respondet quod non est omnino talis, quia a
