de<lb ed="#L" n="116" break="no"/>terminauit magister de peccati originalis
tradu<lb ed="#L" n="117" break="no"/>ctione & remissione. Hic determinat de eius ag
<lb ed="#L" n="118"/>grauatione & vnitate, & multitudine. Et
diuidi<lb ed="#L" n="119" break="no"/>tur in duas. Primo inquirit vtrum peccatum
pro<lb ed="#L" n="120" break="no"/>ximorum parentum imputetur paruulis quo ad culpam.
Se<lb ed="#L" n="121" break="no"/>cundo vtrum quo ad poenam. Secunda ibi, Et licet parentis
pec<lb ed="#L" n="122" break="no"/>catum. Prima diuiditur in tres. Primo inquirit de peccati
ori<lb ed="#L" n="123" break="no"/>ginalis vnitare, opponendo ad vtranque partem, & veritatem
<lb ed="#L" n="124"/>determinando. Secundo inquirit de peccati primi parentis
gra<lb ed="#L" n="125" break="no"/>uitate. Tertio de eius remissione. Secunda ibi, hic quaeri solet
<lb ed="#L" n="126"/>vtrum peccatum. Tertia ibi, Si vero quaeritur an illud peccatum.

<lb ed="#L" n="129"/>peccatum aliquorum parentum, vel omnium imputetur

sci<lb ed="#L" n="131" break="no"/>licet quod eis imputentur peccata proximorum parentum,
scili<lb ed="#L" n="132" break="no"/>cet a generatione per auctoritates Aug. ex verbo Exodi, vbi
di<lb ed="#L" n="133" break="no"/>citur quod deus visitat peccata parentum in filios, & sic plura
pec<lb ed="#L" n="134" break="no"/>cata poterunt contrahere ab origine. Item probat hoc, quia
pec<lb ed="#L" n="135" break="no"/>catum originale in scriptura pluraliter significatur, Psalm. Ecce
<lb ed="#L" n="136"/>enim in inmquitatibus conceptus sum, & in peccatis. Item ex mul
<lb ed="#L" n="137"/>titudine peccatorum Adae, quia plura peccata fuerunt in
pecca<lb ed="#L" n="138" break="no"/>to Adae, quia omnia transierunt, & quia parentum proximorum
<lb ed="#L" n="139"/>peccata paruulis imputantur. In contrarium arguitur, quia
si<lb ed="#L" n="140" break="no"/>sequeretur quod paruulorum poena non esse mitissima, quia no
<lb ed="#L" n="141"/>habent nisi originale, cuius contrarium dicit Aug. Et quia Augu
<lb ed="#L" n="142"/>videtur dicere quod plora peccata sint ab origine, ostendit
ma<lb ed="#L" n="143" break="no"/>gister quod August. in super hoc indeterminate fuit locutus. Ei
<lb ed="#L" n="144"/>subdit quod hor non obstate quia peccatum originale in
sacr<lb ed="#L" n="145" break="no"/>scriptura pluraliter nominatur, vt ibi. Ecce enim in
iniquitati<lb ed="#L" n="146" break="no"/>bus, &c. quia ibi ponitur plurale pro singulari, sicut econuerso
<lb ed="#L" n="147"/>aliquando ponitur singulare pro plurali, vt declarat per
exem<lb ed="#L" n="148" break="no"/>pla. Postea quaerit, vtrum peccatu Adae fuerit grauius caeteri:
<lb ed="#L" n="149"/>peccatis. Et ostendit quod quibusdam visum est grauius esse,
e<lb ed="#L" n="150" break="no"/>quod majus pocumentum ex eo prouenit, quia in eo bona
na<lb ed="#L" n="151" break="no"/>turalia corrumpuntur, quia in eo sicut in principio
consisteba<lb ed="#L" n="152" break="no"/>tota natura. Postea quaerit, vtrum istud peccatu Adae fuerit
di<lb ed="#L" n="153" break="no"/>missum. Et respondet quod sic per poenitentiam, non tamen
pro<lb ed="#L" n="154" break="no"/>pter hoc paradisum corporalem recuperanit. Vitimo quaerit, cum
<lb ed="#L" n="155"/>peccata patentum, excepto primo parente, non redundent in
fi<lb ed="#L" n="156" break="no"/>lios, secudum illud, filius non portabit iniquitatem patris, quo
<lb ed="#L" n="157"/>modo est verum illud quod scriptura dicit, quod peccata pa
<lb ed="#L" n="158"/>rentum visitantur in filios vsque ad tertiam & quartam gene
<lb ed="#L" n="159"/>rationem. Et respondet quod illud intelligitur de filiis qui imi
<lb ed="#L" n="160"/>tantur peccata parentu, qui puniuntur non pro peccatis
paren<lb ed="#L" n="161" break="no"/>tum, sed pro peccatis propriis, in quibus imitati sunt malitiam
pa<lb ed="#L" n="162" break="no"/>tentum. Et ideo facit mentionem de tertia & quarta generatione,
