de<lb ed="#L" n="117" break="no"/>terminauit magister de peccato originali. Hic

causa<lb ed="#L" n="120" break="no"/>litate. Secundo de eius quidditate. Secunda in

Pri<lb ed="#L" n="122" break="no"/>ma pars diuiditur in tres. Primo proponit intentum. Secundo

dubita<lb ed="#L" n="124" break="no"/>tionem. Secunda ibi, causa & origo peccati. Tertia ibi, ex his

efficien<lb ed="#L" n="126" break="no"/>tem tam remotam quam propinquam. Secundo causam

<lb ed="#L" n="134"/>quod ante primum malum non erat aliud malum, sed bonum
<lb ed="#L" n="135"/>solum. Vnde quamuis mala voluntas sit causa & origo aliquorum
<lb ed="#L" n="136"/>malorum sequentium, tamen primam malam voluntatem non
<lb ed="#L" n="137"/>praecessit aliud malum, fuit ergo hic ordo quod natura bona
ho<lb ed="#L" n="138" break="no"/>minis, vel angeli fuit causa voluntatis malae, & mala voluntas fuit
<lb ed="#L" n="139"/>causa sequentium malorum. Postea dicit quod subiectum mali
<lb ed="#L" n="140"/>non est nisi res bona, quia malum est priuatio boni, vbi autem
<lb ed="#L" n="141"/>non est bonum non potest esse priuatio boni, sicut enim morbi 8
<lb ed="#L" n="142"/>vulnera requirunt corpus in quo sint sicut in subiecto quod ess
<lb ed="#L" n="143"/>res bona, sic peccata sunt in re bona tanquam in subiecto. Ex hoc
<lb ed="#L" n="144"/>concludit quod cum dicitur homo malus idem est ac si dicere
<lb ed="#L" n="145"/>tur bonum malum. Et dicit quod hic fallit regula Diale. qui
di<lb ed="#L" n="146" break="no"/>cunt quod contraria non sunt simul, malum autem & bonum sunt
<lb ed="#L" n="147"/>simul, & vnum originem habet ab alio, nec tamen ex hoc
inci<lb ed="#L" n="148" break="no"/>dimus in maledictionem prophetae dicentis, vae qui dicitis
ma<lb ed="#L" n="149" break="no"/>lum bonum, & bonum malum, quia secundum Augu. illa
male<lb ed="#L" n="150" break="no"/>dictio intelligitur de actionibus, vt qui dicit adulterium esse bo
<lb ed="#L" n="151"/>num, vel orare deum esse malum. Non autem de rebus, vnde
<lb ed="#L" n="152"/>qui dicit hominem qui est bona natura esse malum ex culpa dicis
<lb ed="#L" n="153"/>bonum esse malum, nec incidit in maledictionem praedictam.
