<lb ed="#L" n="14"/>eorum. Prima diuiditur in duas. Primo ostendit quod peccat.

<lb ed="#L" n="16"/>Secunda ibi, & ideo merito quaeritur. Haec secunda diuiditur

poen<lb ed="#L" n="27" break="no"/>peccati, vel peccatum & causa peccati & poena peccati.
Poste<lb ed="#L" n="28" break="no"/>quaerit quomodo hoc sit possibile, cum enim omnis poena
pec<lb ed="#L" n="29" break="no"/>cati iusta sit & a Deo sit, si peccatum inquantum peccatum po
<lb ed="#L" n="30"/>na est, a Deo est. Si autem non est poena inquantum peccatum
<lb ed="#L" n="31"/>est, sed ratione sui effectus qui est corruptio quaedam non es
<lb ed="#L" n="32"/>peccatum inquantum peccatum est poena: sed effectus peccati
<lb ed="#L" n="33"/>est poena. Postea dicit quod secundum hunc sensum omne
pecca<lb ed="#L" n="34" break="no"/>tum dicit poenam, sed non omne peccatum est poena peccati.
<lb ed="#L" n="35"/>Sed illa solum peccata dicuntur poena aliorum peccatorum qua
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>causantur ab aliis. Sane tamen intelligendum est non ipsa
pec<lb ed="#L" n="37" break="no"/>cata, sed ipsorum effectus poenas esse vt dictum est. Postea
di<lb ed="#L" n="38" break="no"/>cit quod alio modo potest intelligi quod quaedam peccata
essentiali<lb ed="#L" n="39" break="no"/>ter poenâ sunt, non tamen inquantum peccata, sed inquantum
<lb ed="#L" n="40"/>poena a Deo sunt. Et hoc confirmat per Aug. qui dicit
rebellio<lb ed="#L" n="41" break="no"/>nem carnis ad spiritum poenam esse & iuste infligi. Magister au
<lb ed="#L" n="42"/>tem dicit quod quaedam peccata scilicet principalia dicuntur
poe<lb ed="#L" n="43" break="no"/>na quia poenalem habent passionem annexam, sicut ira &
in<lb ed="#L" n="44" break="no"/>uidia, quae tamen passio uon debet dici peccatum. Postea dicii
<lb ed="#L" n="45"/>quomodo debet intelligi quod Aug. dicit quaedam peccata
fie<lb ed="#L" n="46" break="no"/>ri ex necessitate cum Hierony. dicat semper esse in potestate
<lb ed="#L" n="47"/>hominis peccare & non peccare. Et respondet quod Aug. ibi, de
ve<lb ed="#L" n="48" break="no"/>nialibus loquitur & non de mortalibus. Supposito tamen
adiu<lb ed="#L" n="49" break="no"/>torio gratiae, vel aliter, quia Hiero loquitur secundum statum
<lb ed="#L" n="50"/>hominis ante peccatum Augu. autem post peccatum. Vitime
<lb ed="#L" n="51"/>vero recapitulat praedeterminata in parte praecedenti. Et dici
<lb ed="#L" n="52"/>que omnes actus inquantum sunt boni, sunt a Deo. Alij auten
<lb ed="#L" n="53"/>actus boni sunt non solum quantum ad essentiam actus, sed
<lb ed="#L" n="54"/>etiam ex genere vt dare eleemosinam indigenti. Alij autem sunt
<lb ed="#L" n="55"/>boni quantum ad essentiam actus & quantum ad genus, &
<lb ed="#L" n="56"/>quantum ad causam, quia fiunt ex bona voluntate, &
propte<lb ed="#L" n="57" break="no"/>finem, & isti sunt perfecte boni. Et in hoc terminatur &c.
