<lb ed="#L" n="91"/>SVNT autem alij plurimi. Superius magister
po<lb ed="#L" n="92" break="no"/>suit opinionem quorundam circa quidditatem
<lb ed="#L" n="93"/>peccati. Hic vero ponit opinionem contrariam
<lb ed="#L" n="94"/>Et diuiditur in duas partes. Primo determinat
<lb ed="#L" n="95"/>lintentum. Secundo subiungit illud in quo ambae
<lb ed="#L" n="96"/>conueniunt opiniones. Secunda ibi, quum igitur omnes in hoc
<lb ed="#L" n="97"/>consentiant. Prima diuiditur in partes tres. Primo ponit
opi<lb ed="#L" n="98" break="no"/>nionem. Secundo ad opinionem illam respondet. Et ad

ma<lb ed="#L" n="105" break="no"/>lum, nec a Deo esse, nec bona esse: sunt enim peccata, peccatum
<lb ed="#L" n="106"/>autem nihil est. Postea dicit quod illud quod Augustinus innuit,
<lb ed="#L" n="107"/>scilicet, quod omne quod est, inquantum est, bonum est:
intelli<lb ed="#L" n="108" break="no"/>gendum est secundum eos de his quae naturale & substantiale
<lb ed="#L" n="109"/>esse habent, peccatum autem non habet tale esse. Postea opponir
<lb ed="#L" n="110"/>pro dicta opinione per duas rationes, quarum prima talis est,
il<lb ed="#L" n="111" break="no"/>lud per quod homo fit deterior non est a deo: sed peccata sunt
<lb ed="#L" n="112"/>res quibus homo fit deterior, ergo peccata non sunt a deo. Se
<lb ed="#L" n="113"/>cunda ratio talis est, nihili Deus non est auctor, sed peccatum nihil
<lb ed="#L" n="114"/>est ergo non habet deum auctorem. Concludit postea, quod illud
<lb ed="#L" n="115"/>quod dicitur, quod omnium quae sunt deus est auctor non solum
<lb ed="#L" n="116"/>intelligendum est de ipsis naturis, vt videtur, sicut supra
diceba<lb ed="#L" n="117" break="no"/>tur, sed de omni eo quod naturam non viciat, & ideo peccatum
<lb ed="#L" n="118"/>sub ipsa generalitate non intelligitur. Vitimo dicit, quod
quan<lb ed="#L" n="119" break="no"/>do dicitur deum non esse auctorem malorum intelligendum est
<lb ed="#L" n="120"/>de malis culpae. In hoc enim consentiunt omnes, non de malis
<lb ed="#L" n="121"/>poenae, quia tamen alibi legitur, quod deus mortem non fecit.
<lb ed="#L" n="122"/>intelligendum est quod non fecit peccatum, quod est causa
mor<lb ed="#L" n="123" break="no"/>tis: ipsa tamen mors, quae est poena, est a deo. Et in hoc ter
