<lb ed="#L" n="23"/>POST praedicta de voluntate. Superius Magiste
<lb ed="#L" n="24"/>determinauit de peccato per comparationem
<lb ed="#L" n="25"/>ad actus quibus peccamus, ponendo diffinitio.
<lb ed="#L" n="26"/>nem peccati. Hic determinat de peccato pe
<lb ed="#L" n="27"/>I comparationem ad potentiam voluntatis, & ad
<lb ed="#L" n="28"/>alias potentias. Secundo inquirit de peccato voluntatis per
<lb ed="#L" n="29"/>comparationem ad alias potentias. Tertio inquirit de
pecca<lb ed="#L" n="30" break="no"/>to prout respicit actus exteriores. Secunda in principio
di<lb ed="#L" n="31" break="no"/>stinctionis 39. ibi, hic erit quaestio. Tertia in principio 40
<lb ed="#L" n="32"/>distinctionis ibi, post haec de actibus est considerandum.
Pri<lb ed="#L" n="33" break="no"/>ma est principalis lectio. Et diuiditur in tres. Primo, inquiri
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>vtrum voluntas habeat rectitudinem tantum a fine. Secunde
<lb ed="#L" n="35"/>inquirit vtrum iste finis sit vnus an plures. Tertio ostendi
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>quomodo se habeant intentio & voluntas adinuicem.
Secun<lb ed="#L" n="37" break="no"/>da ibi, sed quaeritur, vtrum bonae voluntates. Tertia ibi,
so<lb ed="#L" n="38" break="no"/>let etiam quaeri. Prima in duas. Primo ostendit quod
volun<lb ed="#L" n="39" break="no"/>tatis finis est charitas. Secundo ostendit quod iste finis finem,
<lb ed="#L" n="40"/>qui est Deus, non excludit. Secunda ibi, ergo charitatem
si<lb ed="#L" n="41" break="no"/>bi ponit finem. Secunda pars principalis, in qua determinat
<lb ed="#L" n="42"/>de vnitate & pluralitate finis diuiditur in duas. Primo
deter<lb ed="#L" n="43" break="no"/>minat quaestionem intentam. Secundo obiicit contra
deter<lb ed="#L" n="44" break="no"/>minata, & soluit. Secunda ibi, veruntamen huic sententiae,
<lb ed="#L" n="45"/>Illa pars principalis, in qua inquirit quomodo se habeant
in<lb ed="#L" n="46" break="no"/>tentio & voluntas, diuiditur in duas partes, secundum duas
<lb ed="#L" n="47"/>quaestiones quas mouet & soluit. Secunda ibi, sed
quaeri<lb ed="#L" n="48" break="no"/>tur vtrum etiam intentio. Haec est sententia & diuisio

pro<lb ed="#L" n="51" break="no"/>ponit primo, quod voluntas rectitudinem & peruersitatem
ha<lb ed="#L" n="52" break="no"/>bet a bono vel malo: finis autem bonus est charitas, quonian
<lb ed="#L" n="53"/>propter charitatem fieri debet quicquid fit. Postea dicit quod
<lb ed="#L" n="54"/>iste finis ad vlteriorem finem ordinatur, scilicet ad Deum:
ma<lb ed="#L" n="55" break="no"/>lae autem voluntatis finis est mala dilectio, vel delectatio. Postea
<lb ed="#L" n="56"/>dicit quod poterunt esse plures fines intermedij, tam
bona<lb ed="#L" n="57" break="no"/>rum quam malarum voluntatum, qui sunt quasi quoddam me
<lb ed="#L" n="58"/>dium in veniendo ad vlteriorem finem. Postea ponit quandam
<lb ed="#L" n="59"/>auctoritatem, per quam videtur probare quod duos fines non
<lb ed="#L" n="60"/>debemus nobis constituere, & soluit dicens quod hoc
intelli<lb ed="#L" n="61" break="no"/>gendum est, quando illi fines sic se habent quod vnus ad alium
<lb ed="#L" n="62"/>non refertur. Postea querit, vtrum voluntas & intentio sint
<lb ed="#L" n="63"/>idem. Et respondet quod voluntas proprie dicit ipsam
poten<lb ed="#L" n="64" break="no"/>tiam. Intentio vero dicit illud propter quod mouetur ad
vo<lb ed="#L" n="65" break="no"/>lendum. Vitimo quaerit, vtrum idem sit actus, quo volunta
<lb ed="#L" n="66"/>vult finem, & ea quae sunt ad finem. Et respondet quod
qui<lb ed="#L" n="67" break="no"/>busdam non videtur esse idem: quibusdam vero videtur quod
<lb ed="#L" n="68"/>sunt idem actus voluntatis: diuersificantur tamen secundum
<lb ed="#L" n="69"/>volita, magister tamen hoc indeclaratum relinquit. Et in
ho<lb ed="#L" n="70" break="no"/>terminatur sententia lectionis, &c.
