<lb ed="#L" n="1"/>CIRCA distinctionem istam quaeruntur tria.
Pri<lb ed="#L" n="2" break="no"/>mum est vtrum in diuinis sit aliqua processio.
Se<lb ed="#L" n="3" break="no"/>cundum est vtrum generatio filij & processio
spiri<lb ed="#L" n="4" break="no"/>tus sancti sint emanationes distinctae realiter. Ter
<lb ed="#L" n="5"/>tium est vtrum spiritus sanctus possit dici
ingeni<lb ed="#L" n="6" break="no"/>tus. Ad primum sic proceditur. Et videtur quod in diuinis non si
<lb ed="#L" n="7"/>aliqua processio, quia vel esset localis vel causalis, non localis
<lb ed="#L" n="8"/>quia non est ibi motus personae de loco ad locum, nec causalis,
<lb ed="#L" n="9"/>quia in diuinis non est causa & causatum, quare &c.

appro<lb ed="#L" n="23" break="no"/>priatur Spiritui sancto. vtrumque enim in argumentis tangitur
<lb ed="#L" n="24"/>Quantum ad primum sciendum est quod nomen processionis
<lb ed="#L" n="25"/>videtur primo fuisse impositum ad significandum motum pro
<lb ed="#L" n="26"/>gressiuum animalium quo mouent seipsa, & sic dicitur
pro<lb ed="#L" n="27" break="no"/>cessio quasi propter virtutem incessio. Inde translatum est ad
<lb ed="#L" n="28"/>significandum omnem localem motum & mutationem quae est
<lb ed="#L" n="29"/>ex quodam in quiddam. Et postremo ad omnem
emanatio<lb ed="#L" n="30" break="no"/>nem secundum quod aliquid est ab alio vt a causa sua vel
prin<lb ed="#L" n="31" break="no"/>cipio. Dicimus enim quod effectus procedit a sua causa, &
vni<lb ed="#L" n="32" break="no"/>uersaliter quaelibet res procedit a suo principio, nullo autem
<lb ed="#L" n="33"/>dictorum modorum processio est in diuinis nisi tantum vltimo
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>modo, & hoc exclusis imperfectionibus quae sunt ex
processio<lb ed="#L" n="35" break="no"/>nibus creaturarum ex causis suis quae ibi sunt ratione motus,
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>aut mutationis, aut diuersitatis essentiae, vt in creatione
qui<lb ed="#L" n="37" break="no"/>bus exclusis de ratione processionis solum est quod procedem:
<lb ed="#L" n="38"/>sit ab alio. Exclusis enim ab actione omni motu ex
mutatio<lb ed="#L" n="39" break="no"/>ne & innouatione remanent soli respectu a quo aliud & quod
<lb ed="#L" n="40"/>ab alio, haec autem reperiuntur in diuinis, ergo &c. Ex quo
pa<lb ed="#L" n="41" break="no"/>tet primo quod processio solum dicitur in diuinis de
emana<lb ed="#L" n="42" break="no"/>tione passiua, quia illi solum conuenit procedere cui
conue<lb ed="#L" n="43" break="no"/>nit ab alio esse, hoc autem non conuenit nisi producto,
ergi<lb ed="#L" n="44" break="no"/>processio non conuenit nisi producto. Secundo patet quod
<lb ed="#L" n="45"/>processio quantum est de vi nominis communis est
emanatio<lb ed="#L" n="46" break="no"/>ni filij & Spiritu sancti, quia esse ab alio est commune filio &
<lb ed="#L" n="47"/>Spiritu sancto, ergo & processio, & sic patet primum.

<lb ed="#L" n="48"/>QVANTVM ad secundum sciendum est quod licet
<lb ed="#L" n="49"/>processio vt statim dictum est quantum est ex vi nominis com
<lb ed="#L" n="50"/>munis sit filio & Spiritui sancto, tamen appropriatur
emana<lb ed="#L" n="51" break="no"/>tioni Spiritus sancti, emanatio enim filij habet proprium
no<lb ed="#L" n="52" break="no"/>men & vocatur generatio. Ratio autem appropriationis est tri
<lb ed="#L" n="53"/>plex, vna est penuria nominum in his quae pertinent ad
Spi<lb ed="#L" n="54" break="no"/>ritum sanctum. Et ideo emanatio eius retinet commune
no<lb ed="#L" n="55" break="no"/>men cum deficit proprium.

conuenien<lb ed="#L" n="60" break="no"/>ter appropriatur ei nomen processionis.

fi<lb ed="#L" n="62" break="no"/>lius, procedit enim non solum a non procedente vt filius qu

<lb ed="#L" n="64"/>quia procedit a patre & filio, propter quod quasi per excellen
