<lb ed="#L" n="31"/>ad infernumdamnatorum. Et arguitur quod sic

<lb ed="#L" n="33"/>Cascendit super omnes coelos, ergo descendit ad
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>Adj infernum infimum. Sed ille est infernus

<lb ed="#L" n="50"/>decesserunt, Et ij dicuntur esse in inferno damnatorum. Aliis

dece<lb ed="#L" n="52" break="no"/>dentibus in solo peccato originali qui dicuntur esse in limbo

<lb ed="#L" n="57"/>debetur sola poena damni solum temporalis absque vlla poena
<lb ed="#L" n="58"/>sansus. Et isti dicebantur esse in limbo patrum qui
prohibeban<lb ed="#L" n="59" break="no"/>tur ante passionem Christi a visione diuina, eo quod non erat
<lb ed="#L" n="60"/>satis factum pro peccato totius naturae, quamuis hi non essent
<lb ed="#L" n="61"/>obnoxij alicui poenae pro peccatis suis personalibus.

<lb ed="#L" n="63"/>damnatorum, nec in limbum puerorum. Cuius ratio est, quia
de<lb ed="#L" n="64" break="no"/>scensus Christi in infernum fuit secundum effectum liberationis eo
<lb ed="#L" n="65"/>rum qui in inferno detinebantur, sed damnati pro peccato
actua<lb ed="#L" n="66" break="no"/>li, & decedentes pueri in peccato originali non fuerunt per
Chri<lb ed="#L" n="67" break="no"/>stum liberati, ergo Christus non descendit in infernum damnatorum,
<lb ed="#L" n="68"/>nec in limbum puerorum. Maior patet ex dictis in primo articulo,
<lb ed="#L" n="69"/>minor probatur, quia liberationis factae per Christum nullus fit
<lb ed="#L" n="70"/>particeps, nisi qui coniungitur ei, vt membrum capiti, sed caretes
<lb ed="#L" n="71"/>gratia, vt sunt omnes decedentes in peccato actuali mortali, vel
<lb ed="#L" n="72"/>in solo originali non vniuntur Christo, vt membrum capiti, quia
<lb ed="#L" n="73"/>sola gratia sic vnit, ergo tales non fuerunt per Christum liberati

pur<lb ed="#L" n="83" break="no"/>gati, vel per suffragium illorum qui sunt in statu merendi. Passic
<lb ed="#L" n="84"/>enim Christi non potest immediate eis applicari per sacramenta
<lb ed="#L" n="85"/>ecclesiae, sicut applicatur viuentibus in hoc mundo, ergo
tem<lb ed="#L" n="86" break="no"/>pore passionis Christi non fuerunt omnes liberati qui erant in
<lb ed="#L" n="87"/>purgatorio, nisi qui purgati erant per solutionem poenae a peccatis
<lb ed="#L" n="88"/>suis debitae, vel per suffragium alterius personae ad eos relatum. Si
<lb ed="#L" n="89"/>qui autem fuerunt in purgatorio, tunc qui ex magno desiderio
<lb ed="#L" n="90"/>aduentus Christi meruerunt hoc, vt per passionem Christi
libe<lb ed="#L" n="91" break="no"/>rarentur, probabile est tales ex speciali gratia fuisse liberatos

<lb ed="#L" n="93"/>liberati per Christum, quia tales nulli poenae erant obnoxij, nisi
<lb ed="#L" n="94"/>soli poenae damni debitae peccato totius naturae. Sed hoc
debi<lb ed="#L" n="95" break="no"/>tum directe, per passionem Christi solutum est, igitur per
pas<lb ed="#L" n="96" break="no"/>sionem Christi tales fuerunt penitus liberati.
