<lb ed="#L" n="123"/>sit forma fidei. Et videtur quod non, quia forma,
<lb ed="#L" n="124"/>& id cuius est forma, vnum sunt subiecto, sed

<lb ed="#L" n="126"/>Afides sit in intellectu, & charitas in voluntate,

<lb ed="#L" n="153"/>actus eius, considerando ea secundum esse naturale, si autem
<lb ed="#L" n="154"/>considerentur secundum esse meritorium, sic charitas potest
di<lb ed="#L" n="155" break="no"/>ci aliquo modo forma fidei, & actus sui, nisi quod
distinguen<lb ed="#L" n="156" break="no"/>dum est de forma, quia vno modo aliquid proprie dicitur forma,
<lb ed="#L" n="157"/>illud scilicet quod inhaeret & denominat subiectum, sicut color
<lb ed="#L" n="158"/>dicitur for na corporis. Alio modo dicitur aliquid forma large
<lb ed="#L" n="159"/>quia denominat, licet non inhaereat, & sic charitas potest dici
<lb ed="#L" n="160"/>forma fidei & caeterarum virtutum, quantum ad esse meritorium,

duplici<lb ed="#L" n="6" break="no"/>ter. Primo, quia destructo posteriori non oportet prius
de<lb ed="#L" n="7" break="no"/>strui, sed charitas est posterior fide saltem ordine naturae, vt
<lb ed="#L" n="8"/>ostensum est supra, ergo destructa charitate potest remanere
<lb ed="#L" n="9"/>eadem fides. Secundo, quia charitas non est forma fidei
inhae<lb ed="#L" n="10" break="no"/>rens, sed extrinseca, nec informat fidem vel actum eius quoad
<lb ed="#L" n="11"/>esse naturae, sed quoad esse meritorium: ergo ea destructa,
