<lb ed="#L" n="21"/>generali & speciali.

<lb ed="#L" n="22"/>RAIBICTIs adiciendum. Superius deremi
<lb ed="#L" n="23"/>nauit de fide quantum ad suam essentiam, & pe
<lb ed="#L" n="24"/>comparationem ad suum obiectum. Hic
determi<lb ed="#L" n="25" break="no"/>nat de ea per comparationem ad credentes deter
<lb ed="#L" n="26"/>minando de fidei quantitate, quantum ad
sufficien<lb ed="#L" n="27" break="no"/>tiam & salutem. Et diuiditur in duas. Primo determinat de quam
<lb ed="#L" n="28"/>titate fidei extensiua, quam habet ex numero credibilium. Secudo
<lb ed="#L" n="29"/>vero de quantitate intensiua, quam habet ex intensione habitus.
<lb ed="#L" n="30"/>Illud etiam non est praemittendum. Prima diuiditur in
qua<lb ed="#L" n="31" break="no"/>tuor. Primo ostendit quod fides fructifera se extendit ad
co<lb ed="#L" n="32" break="no"/>gnitionem deitatis. Secundo quoad cognitionem
redemptio<lb ed="#L" n="33" break="no"/>nis ibi, sed quaeritur vtrum. Tertio ostendit ad quos articulo:
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>redemptionis se extendit ibi, sed quaeritur cum sine fide. Quar.

<lb ed="#L" n="40"/>quod dixit Apost. Hebr. 11. Accedentem ad Deum oportet cre
<lb ed="#L" n="41"/>dere, quia est, & quod remunerator est sperantium in se: istud
<lb ed="#L" n="42"/>tamen credere non sufficit ad salutem, nisi cum hoc habeatur
<lb ed="#L" n="43"/>fides de mediatore, saltem postquam genus humanum
corru<lb ed="#L" n="44" break="no"/>ptum fuit per peccatum primorum parentum: & hanc fidem
<lb ed="#L" n="45"/>explicite habuerunt maiores, quibus facta est reuelatio de me
<lb ed="#L" n="46"/>diatore nascituro, simplices autem & minores habuerunt
ta<lb ed="#L" n="47" break="no"/>lem fidem implicite. Tunc quaerit Magister an antiqui patres
<lb ed="#L" n="48"/>tenerentur explicite credere omnia quae nunc nos credimus
<lb ed="#L" n="49"/>de mediatore. Et dicit quod quibusdam videtur quod
suffece<lb ed="#L" n="50" break="no"/>rit eis credere quatuor, scilicet, natiuitatem, mortem, &
resur<lb ed="#L" n="51" break="no"/>rectionem, & aduentum ad iudicium, quae nominantur in
<lb ed="#L" n="52"/>quadam auctoritate August. prius posita. Aliis autem videtur
<lb ed="#L" n="53"/>quod sufficiebat eis credere Christum nasciturum &
iudica<lb ed="#L" n="54" break="no"/>turum mundum, nam loannes Baptista videtur dubitasse de
<lb ed="#L" n="55"/>morte Christi, & de descensu ad inferos, quando dicit, Tu e:
<lb ed="#L" n="56"/>qui venturus es, secundum expositionem G regor. quamui
<lb ed="#L" n="57"/>alij dicant quod loannes Baptista hoc non dicit dubitando, sed
<lb ed="#L" n="58"/>admirando humilitatem Christi. Postea quaerit vtrum
Cor<lb ed="#L" n="59" break="no"/>nelius habuerit fidem incarnationis, & arguit quod sic, quia
<lb ed="#L" n="60"/>Actuum 10. Eleemosynae eius & orationes dicuntur Deo fuisse
<lb ed="#L" n="61"/>acceptae, quod sine fide esse non potuit. Sed contrarium est
<lb ed="#L" n="62"/>quia Petrus fuit missus ad eum instruendum de fide. Et respor
<lb ed="#L" n="63"/>det quod ipse habuit fidem incarnationis, sed nesciebat iam
fi<lb ed="#L" n="64" break="no"/>dem esse factam, & de hoc instruxit eum Petrus. Postea dicii
<lb ed="#L" n="65"/>Magister quod fides, spes & charitas & operatio in praesenti vi
<lb ed="#L" n="66"/>ta sunt aequales, quia quantum credit quis, tantum sperat,
tan<lb ed="#L" n="67" break="no"/>tum amat, tantum operatur. Postea ponit duas auctoritates
<lb ed="#L" n="68"/>Quarum vna dicit quod charitas non est ex fide & spe: alia
ve<lb ed="#L" n="69" break="no"/>ro dicit contrarium. Et respondet quod charitas non est ex
fi<lb ed="#L" n="70" break="no"/>de & spe: ponitur tamen post eas, quia charitas in praesenti non
<lb ed="#L" n="71"/>potest esse sine fide & spe: sed fides & spes possunt esse sine chi
