<lb ed="#L" n="106"/>vel charitate per peccatu mortale & resurgem
<lb ed="#L" n="107"/>per poenitentiam resurgat ad charitatem aequalem, an
<lb ed="#L" n="108"/>ii maiorem, an minorem. Et arguitur quod nunquam
<lb ed="#L" n="109"/>resurgat ad aequalem, sed solum ad minorem, quia
<lb ed="#L" n="110"/>charitas incipiens minor est quam proficiens vel perfecta, sed
<lb ed="#L" n="111"/>cadens a charitate cadit a charitate proficiente, resurgens
au<lb ed="#L" n="112" break="no"/>tem resurgit ad charitatem incipientem, ergo resurgit ad mino
<lb ed="#L" n="113"/>rem charitatem.

aequa<lb ed="#L" n="115" break="no"/>lem, quia secundum Ambrosium, Poenitentia omnia ablata re
<lb ed="#L" n="116"/>stituit. Sed hoc non esset nisi poenitens ad aequalem charitatem
<lb ed="#L" n="117"/>resurgeret, ergo &c.

mor<lb ed="#L" n="119" break="no"/>tificata, sed hoc non esset nisi resurgat ad eandem charitatem, cum

contritio<lb ed="#L" n="126" break="no"/>nem restituitur gratia, sed contrito peccatoris potest esse
mi<lb ed="#L" n="127" break="no"/>nor, vel aequalis, vel maior, vel maxima, charitas ergo per eam,
<lb ed="#L" n="128"/>vel gratia meritorie restituta potest esse minor, vel aequalis,
<lb ed="#L" n="129"/>vel maior quam charitas amissa.

<lb ed="#L" n="131"/>dunt continuationem, sicut innocentia & virginitas, innocenti:
<lb ed="#L" n="132"/>enim est nunquam peccasse, & virginitas est semper abstinuisse
<lb ed="#L" n="133"/>a delectationibus venereis, & talia cum amittuntur non possunt
<lb ed="#L" n="134"/>recuperari, quia caderet in eis interruptio, quod est contra
ro<lb ed="#L" n="135" break="no"/>nem suae continuationis. Et ideo innocentia perdita non recupera
<lb ed="#L" n="136"/>tur, nec virginitas, & in his non habet locum quaestio. Gratia aute
<lb ed="#L" n="137"/>eu charitas de sua ratione non includunt continuationem, & ideo
<lb ed="#L" n="138"/>cum amittuntur per peccatum mortale, recuperari possunt per
<lb ed="#L" n="139"/>poenitentiam in aequali gradu, vel maiori, vel minori. Cuius ratio
<lb ed="#L" n="140"/>est, quia per bona opera ex genere praecedentia charitatem mere
<lb ed="#L" n="141"/>mur de congruo charitatem nobis dati secundum modum conatus vo
<lb ed="#L" n="142"/>luntatis. Nunc est ita quod non habens charitatem potest secundum liber
<lb ed="#L" n="143"/>tatem arbitrij & diuini adiutorij habere conatum de congruo
re<lb ed="#L" n="144" break="no"/>spondentem charitati minori, vel aequali vel maiori ei quem
<lb ed="#L" n="145"/>prius habuit, ergo potest resurgere ad charitate maiore, mino
<lb ed="#L" n="146"/>rem, vel aequalem, secundum modum conatus sui: vel diuini adiutorij.

<lb ed="#L" n="147"/>AD PRIMVM argumentum dicendum o charitas
inci<lb ed="#L" n="148" break="no"/>piens semper minor est, quam sit ipsamet dum est perficiens vel
<lb ed="#L" n="149"/>perfecta. Sed charitas incipiens in vno potest esse perfectior quam
<lb ed="#L" n="150"/>charitas proficiens in altero, & eodem modo in eodem homine
<lb ed="#L" n="151"/>charitas proficiens in resurgente potest esse aeque perfecta ve
<lb ed="#L" n="152"/>perfectior quam charitas a qua prius cecidit per peccatum.
