<lb ed="#L" n="27"/>manet in beatis quantum ad habitum, & quantum ad actum.
<lb ed="#L" n="28"/>Quod patet quia per habitum charitatis est homo deo forma
<lb ed="#L" n="29"/>liter charus, sed constat quod beati sunt deo chariores quam viato
<lb ed="#L" n="30"/>res, ergo in eis est charitas quantum ad habitum. Item
chari<lb ed="#L" n="31" break="no"/>tas & gratia sunt idem aut se inuicem inseparabiliter concomi
<lb ed="#L" n="32"/>. tantur, sed in beatis remanet gratia, ergo & charitas. Minor
pr<lb ed="#L" n="33" break="no"/>batur, quia in Christo qui secundum superiorem partem anima
<lb ed="#L" n="34"/>. fuit beatus, fuit gratia vt patuit supra, & Io. 1. dicitur vidimu
<lb ed="#L" n="35"/>eum plenum gratiae & veritatis, ergo ita est in aliis. Quod etiam
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>charitas fit in beatis quantum ad actum patet, ipsa enim perfici
<lb ed="#L" n="37"/>ad diligendum deum & proximum, sed talis dilectio perfectius es
<lb ed="#L" n="38"/>in beatis quam viatoribus, nam modus diligendi deum ex toto
<lb ed="#L" n="39"/>corde &c. non impletur simpliciter & perfecte nisi in patria, vt
<lb ed="#L" n="40"/>dictum fuit supra. Dilectio etiam proximi charitatiua oritur ex
<lb ed="#L" n="41"/>dilectione dei, quare &c. Ratio autem praedictorum est, quia cum
<lb ed="#L" n="42"/>secundum Boetium beatitudo sit status omnium bonorum aggre
<lb ed="#L" n="43"/>gatione perfectus quicquid perfectionis est in viatoribus toti
<lb ed="#L" n="44"/>remanet in beatis nisi succedat maior perfectio
incompossibi<lb ed="#L" n="45" break="no"/>lis. Charitas autem & actus eius maxime pertinent ad perfectio
<lb ed="#L" n="46"/>nem viatorum: imo secundum apostolum charitas est medium
<lb ed="#L" n="47"/>perfectionis, ergo ipsa & actus eius manet in beatis, cum eis non
<lb ed="#L" n="48"/>succedat aliqua perfectio incompossibilis, status enim beatitu
<lb ed="#L" n="49"/>dinis praecipue consistit in visione dei immediate & per
essen<lb ed="#L" n="50" break="no"/>tiam praesentis ipsi videnti, praesentia autem rei amatae amorem
<lb ed="#L" n="51"/>non minuit, sed potius auget, & ideo charitas & amor charita
<lb ed="#L" n="52"/>tis qui principaliter est ad Deum, non euacuantur in patria,
<lb ed="#L" n="53"/>nec minuuntur, sed potius augentur & perficiuntur.
