<lb ed="#L" n="77"/>Primum est de distinctione illorum duorum pra
<lb ed="#L" n="78"/>ceptorum. Secundum est de differentiam legis &
<lb ed="#L" n="79"/>euangelij. Ad primum sic proceditur, & arguitur
<lb ed="#L" n="80"/>I quod illa piaecepta non bene distinguantur, quia
<lb ed="#L" n="81"/>prae cepta negatiua ordinantur ad prohibitionem peccatorum,
<lb ed="#L" n="82"/>sed vnum est peccatum cordis & operis sicut in 2. lib. dist. 42. di
<lb ed="#L" n="83"/>ctum est, ergo non debuit alio praecepto prohiberi concupiscen
<lb ed="#L" n="84"/>tia moechandi vel furandi quam ipsa moechia, vel furtum.

<lb ed="#L" n="92"/>duo. Primum est quod illis duobus praeceptis non moechaberis &
<lb ed="#L" n="93"/>non furtum facies conuenienter superaddita sunt alia duo,

<lb ed="#L" n="99"/>ibi requiritur amplius retractatiuum, sed maior est pronitas in
h<lb ed="#L" n="100" break="no"/>minibus ad peccandum peccato luxuriae & auaritiae quam i
<lb ed="#L" n="101"/>materia aliorum praeceptorum, quia venerea & bona exteriora
<lb ed="#L" n="102"/>circa quae sunt illa praecepta non moechaberis, non furtum facie
<lb ed="#L" n="103"/>habent secundum se apparentem quandam bonitatem natam ve
<lb ed="#L" n="104"/>hementer mouere concupiscentiam ad illicita, non sic autem est de
<lb ed="#L" n="105"/>homicidio quod secundum se habet quendam horrorem, &
irreue<lb ed="#L" n="106" break="no"/>rentia etiam erga parentes habet quandam indecentiam quas
<lb ed="#L" n="107"/>contrariam inclinationi naturae, & suo modo est in aliis, ergo
re<lb ed="#L" n="108" break="no"/>spectu primorum praeceptorum debet esse amplior
prohibitio<lb ed="#L" n="109" break="no"/>retractatiua: hoc autem fit cum per aliud piaeceptum prohibetu
<lb ed="#L" n="110"/>interior concupiscentia etiam sine exteriore opere, per aliud
<lb ed="#L" n="111"/>autem prohibetur concupiscentia prorumpens in opus exterius
