<lb ed="#L" n="98"/>AD SECVNDVM proceditur. Et arguitur q
<lb ed="#L" n="99"/>formae huius sacramenti sint connexae, ita scilicet 9
<lb ed="#L" n="100"/>vna non habeat suum effectum nisi alia
prola<lb ed="#L" n="101" break="no"/>ta, quia effectus istarum formarum est, quod corpus
<lb ed="#L" n="102"/>& sanguis Christi sint in hoc sacramento

<lb ed="#L" n="120"/>istis verbis, hoc est corpus meum, non esset ibi corpus Christ.
<lb ed="#L" n="121"/>verum, illa verba non essent vera, & sic in sacramento summae
<lb ed="#L" n="122"/>veritatis esset falsitas, quod est valde inconueniens, ergo &
il<lb ed="#L" n="123" break="no"/>lud ex quo sequitur, videlicet quod prima verba non habeant
<lb ed="#L" n="124"/>suum effectum nisi prolatis secundis.

<!--6--> QUANTVM ad primum dicendum est, quod formae
<lb ed="#L" n="129"/>non sunt connexae ita quod vna non habeat suum actum sine
<lb ed="#L" n="130"/>alia, imo quaelibet habet suum effectum etiam si altera non
pro<lb ed="#L" n="131" break="no"/>feratur quod patet, quia forma debet proportionari materiae,
<lb ed="#L" n="132"/>sed materiae huius sacramenti sunt distinctae, in nullo ab inuice
<lb ed="#L" n="133"/>dependentes, ergo & formae quantum ad efficaciam non
depen<lb ed="#L" n="134" break="no"/>dent abinuicem. Secundo, quia sacramentum quod non habet im
<lb ed="#L" n="135"/>pedimentum statim habet efficaciam in prolatione verborum,
<lb ed="#L" n="136"/>vel nunquam, sed sacramentum hoc non potest habere
impedi<lb ed="#L" n="137" break="no"/>mentum ex parte materiae, quae est panis & vinum, supposito, qu
<lb ed="#L" n="138"/>panis sit triticeus, & vinum de vite, ergo facta prolatione super
<lb ed="#L" n="139"/>materiam statim sacramentum habet suam efficaciam. Tertio, quia
<lb ed="#L" n="140"/>cum hoc sacramentum sit propter vsum suum, si non posset
con<lb ed="#L" n="141" break="no"/>secrari vna materia sine alia, videretur quod vna non posset vel no
<lb ed="#L" n="142"/>deberet sumi sine alia, quod est falsum, quia populus sumit sul
<lb ed="#L" n="143"/>forma panis & non sub specie vini, hoc euam habet ritus
eccle<lb ed="#L" n="144" break="no"/>siae, quia facta consecratione panis ante consecrationem vini
sta<lb ed="#L" n="145" break="no"/>tim ostenditur corpus Christi, vt adorandum quod non fierei
<lb ed="#L" n="146"/>nisi esset consecratum, alias esset causa vel occasio idololatriae

<lb ed="#L" n="148"/>sacramentum istud consistat in consecratione materiae, & non
<lb ed="#L" n="149"/>in eius vsu vel effectu Fideo praeeminentia vnius formae ad
<lb ed="#L" n="150"/>alteram debet attendi secundum id quod continetur sub vna
<lb ed="#L" n="151"/>specie, vel sub altera: aliquid autem continentur sub
specie<lb ed="#L" n="152" break="no"/>bus praedictis. Vno modo directe ex vi sacramenti. Alio modo
<lb ed="#L" n="153"/>ex concomitantia. Primo modo continetur sub speciebus
pa<lb ed="#L" n="154" break="no"/>nis solum corpus Christi, & sub speciebus vini solus sanguis?
<lb ed="#L" n="155"/>Christi, sicut ipsae formae praecise hoc innuunt. Et quantum ac
<lb ed="#L" n="156"/>hoc forma consecrationis corporis praeeminet formae
conse<lb ed="#L" n="157" break="no"/>crationis sanguinis, quia corpus Christi quod pertinet ad
in<lb ed="#L" n="158" break="no"/>traneitatem & essentiam naturae humanae a Christo
assum<lb ed="#L" n="159" break="no"/>pto praeeminet sanguini, qui non pertinet intrinsece ad
essen<lb ed="#L" n="160" break="no"/>tiam humanae naturae a Christo assumptae, sed est humor in via
<lb ed="#L" n="161"/>ad conuersionem in corpus Christi quantu est de cursu naturae.

<lb ed="#L" n="29"/>materiam, nec sunt ad vnum effectum quantum est directe
